Fab hotel in a great location, quiet and away from the crowds but only 10 minutes walk to the Markt and the main sights and restaurants. Lovely garden area with plenty of seating and loungers where you can relax and have a coffee. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful and the decor was lovely. Really nice quality fittings in the room and a lovely selection of toiletries. Bath robes were provided too.

In the garden rooms if you stay on the ground floor the people above sound like they are stomping around when moving about their room. The room above us changed occupancy at least once during our stay so it wasn’t just one particular person. Also a full length mirror would be very useful in the room and some drawers for clothes.

Designer decor in public spaces and rooms. Great bathroom and walk in shower. 2 very soft robes + good bed, nice flax linens. Comfortable chair and good coffee machine. Breakfast buffet was excellent with cooked to order eggs. Lovely lounge for guests and garden/outdoor dining space was being readied.

Air conditioning was turned on while we stayed. It was unfriendly. Blew only very very cold air that we could not adjust. We turned it off and simply opened the window. Fine now, but less so in heat of summer

Complimentary mini bar - just sparkling water restocked everyday but that's nice 8. Enough pillows and comfortable beds 9. They have restaurant on site, but we weren't able to book as it was fully booked 10. Good toilet amenities

1. Wi-Fi connection is weak. It kept disconnecting annoyingly. 2. The bathroom basin (sink) seems like the water drained a bit slow.

Great location, not far from the station and easy walking distance to the city centre. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Very good breakfast, with plenty to choose from. Our standard Garden room (no.11) was well set out and pleasantly quirky, with partial stained glass windows and view of the gardens towards the main hotel building. Thumbs up too for the eco-friendly toiletries.

A couple of niggles only really. The bed, although comfy, had developed a bit of a double hammock effect. Fine, assuming you want lots of personal space! The bath towels could be bigger for adult guests.

The room was exceptional, comfortable beds, slippers and robes provided. Lovely shampoo, conditioner and hand washes. The garden view rooms had a great view - I really think the hotel should take new pictures because it was beautiful. The place was quiet in the evening which was ideal. Perfectly located in the city centre. Most off all the staff were lovely accommodating and super friendly.

it was super clean , staff went above and beyond to be helpful. the room was comfortable and towels changed regularly. breakfast was excellant highly recommend

being very picky as I don’t want to be negative, as delicious as breakfast was the system to keep hot foods hot was keeping them tepid so beans etc cold but all other aspects including eggs to order were lovely

The location is perfect,walking distance to all the highlights in Bruges but is located on a quiet street.There is a garden where I can relax and enjoy the sun ,the garden is on calm and tranquil setting.The lunch of modules was tasty and the service is superb . The bed is comfortable and I had a 5good sleep nights. The staff are friendly and helpful ♥️

Twin beds in the garden room are placed as a king bed but don’t fully connect, so we had to sleep separately and/or kept falling through the gap between them. They did try to connect them for us, which was lovely but they very much are two separate beds which move around a bit.

The location was great, it was very easy to walk to the city center, the beds were comfortable, the off street parking was an added bonus.

The room was more suitable for a couple because the shower doesn't have a door and was open to the beds. I came with my parents so we ended up having to leave the room to give each other privacy. Luckily there was a sofa in the hallway so waiting outside the room wasn't too bad.

A lovely hotel in a quiet setting, with a secluded garden and secure parking on site for a daily charge. It is also within a few minutes walk of the city centre. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, with everything you could wish for. The room we had was very spacious, with a really comfortable bed made up with high quality bedding. Would definitely stay there again, if in Bruges.
