Late Check-in was easy and the front desk was super helpful. As not in high season yet, we were upgraded to a bigger room which made our stay very comfortable. New room was quiet, spacious, clean and very cozy. Access to indoor garage is a must on winter. Nice sauna and hot tub for after skiing. Free shuttle to ski resorts is great for those not driving there.

More closet space / hangers are needed. Hot tub is a bit crowded, so rotation/time-limits should be enforced. Rooms may be loud if on the first floor. Warm breakfast could have alternate options - we were there for a week and the exact same options were served every day (scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausages). Maybe they should have a rotation like potatoes<>tomatoes<>peppers or sausages<>bacon<>patties - so the breakfast for those staying longer than 2 days doesnt get boring.

The hotel is very well laid out, has a very new feel, and the staff were excellent. Our room was very clean, bright, was a good size and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hot tubs and sauna get top marks - we enjoyed them every day!! I liked the breakfast - lots of options and good food: toast, potatoes, eggs, sausage/bacon, yogurt, cereal, pancakes, banana bread, vanishes, fruit. The main eating area is nice, spacious and comfy. Surprisingly, there is an excellent coffee/bar in the lobby area that has good food! We tried the Rosso latte, generous nachos and the flatbreads and it was all very good! There are board games to use for the family. Heated underground parking was very convenient. The hotel is located walking distance to the main streets in downtown Banff. In a pinch, there are some decent restaurants within 3-4 minutes walk and an A&W half a block away.

The staff was so friendly— From John who helped give us recommendations of viewpoints to Phoebe who was helpful with checkin. The hot tubs were very nice and we enjoyed our room with a view of the Main Street of Banff. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We enjoyed the the afternoon s’mores, the breakfast, coffee, and water filling station. There was also ample parking on the street as we were visiting during a slower time. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again for sure.

The only thing I could say is maybe a rotation on breakfast as we stayed 4 nights and it was the same each day.

Breakfast was included, which was a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the city center, which my partner and I didn’t mind at all. There’s also a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get to the center or explore regional attractions. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and our room was spotless and well-maintained. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking and skiing. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already planning to return! 😃

None. Everything was good!

Great location at the top end of Banff Ave. We had no problems getting to the shops and restaurants either by car or public transit ($2 each way). Easily walk-able into town, but due to knee issues, that was not possible for us. Loved the s'mores each evening! Breakfast was good. Hot tubs were very relaxing. Room was a good size. Staff was friendly and helpful.

A bit more variety on breakfast would have been nice since we stayed several days. Just mixing it up with some different things every day would have been great. A comfortable chair in the room would have been nice for sitting rather than just on the bed or a desk chair.

Staff were great. The outdoor ambiance is wonderful during the day but especially at night. Has a mini a resort vibe. They even offer smores from 4-8 if you're feeling snacky. The room was clean, and the tv worked! Beds were comfortable with a big fluffy duvet and many pillows. The included breakfast is phenomenal. It goes until 10 am. Hot tubs stay open until 11, which is a plus! Great all around! Would definitely recommend

The only thing I would change is either being able to rent robes or including them in the rooms. It would just add a little bit of fabulous since the hot tubs are outside.

The hotel served its purpose as a great place to relax and rest after a long day of exploring lakes, trails and attractions. We were out most of the time during our Banff visit but we were comforted with the fact that we have a nice room to return to by end of day. The room decors and colors are on point with their theme and I love the travel quotes on the elevator doors. The staff were helpful and easy to approach. Location is not central to Banff downtown but it's close to the bus stop and there's a convenience store/gas station and A&W nearby. I would recommend it to anyone asking where to stay in Banff! :-)

I can't think of a specific item that I did not like; but a couple of wish list would be free parking and maybe complimentary bus passes for guests.

The hotel experience was great. Every staff member was friendly and happy to help. The room was modern and matched the Banff vibe. There was a Nespresso in the room which is always a nice upgrade from the standard coffee pot. There was actual little creams in the fridge too. The breakfast had a little bit of everything including meats, eggs, potatoes, juices, yogurts and a pancake maker. The outdoor courtyard was so nice with the hot tub and sauna, especially when it's a little chilly outside. There is a cold plunge too (9degrees) but you won't need it in the winter! The underground parking was really easy to navigate and night next to the entrance. Couldn't hear any other guests so soundproofing was good. This place is located a little walk away from the downtown area, but still walkable. There is a bus system right by too. Overall I really recommend this place as it was really cozy!

The bed side alarm was set for 6am and went off. We're early risers so it wasn't that much of a problem, but felt like I should note this!

It was clean and affordable. Rooms are nice and well kept. For the price you probably wont find anything better in banff. Outdoor hot tubs were enjoyable. Never ended up eating the breakfast but it was included for free and looked good for hotel breakfast

Some normal coffee pods or machine would be nice. Not everyone likes espresso! The coffee situation kind of sucked. Also there was no vending machines anywhere except one pop machine. Looking for a late night snack and the nearest open store was a 20 minute walk. The balcony was a nice bonus but very very small
