Great Location and Friendly Staff, but a Hair-Raising Experience at Inn at Laurel Point. My recent stay at the Inn at Laurel Point was mostly delightful, highlighted by its fantastic location and exceptional staff. Nestled by the waterfront, the hotel offers stunning views and convenient access to local attractions, making it a prime spot for both relaxation and exploration. The staff at the Inn at Laurel Point were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed, and the valet parking service was a wonderful bonus, adding an extra layer of convenience to our visit. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The amenities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the serene ambiance of the hotel’s surroundings. However, our stay did have one unfortunate hiccup. When we plugged in the hair dryer, it blew up almost immediately, emitting smoke and causing quite a scare. While the hotel staff promptly replaced the faulty hair dryer, they did not offer any compensation or even a complimentary breakfast or coffee for the frightening incident. Despite this mishap, our overall experience at the Inn at Laurel Point was positive. The stunning location, combined with the friendly and accommodating staff, makes it a hotel worth considering. Just be sure to double-check the appliances in your room before using them.

The view from the room was incredible. They delivered a complimentary birthday cake to the room for me. The room was spacious and very quiet. You have balcony to enjoy the view. Front desk people were super nice and they early checked in us.

They did not have enough towel for two people and I had to ask twice for more towels. Slippers, you also have to ask or you won't have them. I knew about the location but there is a little distance from everywhere. I think if you are a traveller and you want to truly enjoy the hotel and tour around. you need at least two nights in victoria.

The great thing about the stay was the view of the inner harbour, friendly staff and the breakfast. I ordered Aura Benny and this signature breakfast surprised me. They also provided valet parking services.

The washroom door was not in its right position, and it could not be closed fully. Another thing was the plug socket was not enough for us to use. We have 3 phones, 2 switches, 2 Apple watches, and 1 laptop. We only find two plug sockets and several USB-A ports. I hope the hotel can provide some more.

The room was excellent, great view and lots of space. The venue was very nice and the staff amazing. When my bank was having issues they were very kind and patient while they helped me resolve it.

It was a little confusing getting to the room as the door numbers seemed to jump into a different hall. And the bathroom, more specifically the shower, didn't have the best lighting. But it was a very enjoyable experience so those pale in comparison to everything else.

The coffee shop and clean restrooms on the main floor. Parking was good. You are 5 minutes from the ferry. You are walking distance from everything downtown, and they have a walking trail behind the hotel with a view of the water.

You need reservations to eat in their restaurant. We had to dine somewhere else. You can sit at the bar for a cocktail.

The hotel is located at the Inner Harbour of Victoria. We could easily reach all the attractions of Victoria by foot. The personnel of the hotel was very friendly at any time and we found our room and the hotel itself very clean.

The view of our room could have been better or it should be better described. We had a view on a part of the harbour, but it was not what we expected.

The view of the inner harbor was spectacular. Great fun watching all the water activity from our balcony. The location was exceptional. We were close to key sites and activities, and the water taxis and Victoria Clipper dock. Victoria is a great walking city. After excursions, we enjoyed the peaceful setting of the Inn in our most comfortable room. Having a sofa and a chair was an added bonus.

I could not get the coffee machne to work...

The spacious room, the decor, the lovely bathroom, the quality of the in-room coffee. They checked us in early which was lovely and the room service staff was charming and delightful.

The curtains were old (holes in them) and the view was more of the neighbouring building (apartments) than the ocean, which is what was promised.

Everything really. Used coffee shop and restaurant on several occasions. All good.

Our room on third floor 352 was near the elevator which before we were further from. The elevator at night could be somewhat noisy if being used a lot.

The check in....so friendly and welcoming.. the location is breathtaking and affordable. The room , the view., the soap, lotions, nespresso...this was a last minute booking to treat myself..and i felt i was at a resort annd was treated like a special guest. I have told my friends and will highly recommend
