I would definitely return and stay longer than one night in order to be able to utilize the stay a bit more.

I was worried the class shower door could break as it was hitting the stationary piece of glass. Rm 311. I'd also add one more sitting chair in the shared space for the two couples. One person had to sit at the desk chair. That felt odd.

Housekeeping staff were excellent! They filled the requests we had and went above and beyond. The room was comfortable and spacious. Air conditioning would have been nice to have. It is an exceptionally clean building and well looked after. All Staff were friendly and welcoming.

There was no air conditioning. Had to pay to park the car, which came as a surprise..considering we were staying for a week. No places really close to buy coffee. It was available downstairs in their restaurant, but it's not ready until 830 or after. You can make your own in your room but neither coffe pot worked very well.

The room was beautiful. A really nice suite with a lovely little kitchen and awesome bathroom with shower and a large tub. My step son slept on the pull on the couch which was comfortable, and provided his own space while my wife and I had a nice bedroom. Lots of windows and a balcony made this suite airy and sunny. The staff were very helpful and friendly and had no issue giving us extra tea and coffee or items we needed. The location was perfect. 10 min walk to the Inner Harbour and Legislature l, and 10 min walk to Fisherman's Wharf. As well within a 10 min walk was a grocery store and pharmacy which was handy for picking up snacks and breakfast and lunch food. Full size.fridge in suite meant we could make food at the room which really helps with a budget friendly trip. I can say enough about how nice and comfy this hotel is, the perfect place for short or extended stays, especially if you want to be able to explore on foot.

I didn't like that I had to leave after only 3 days. We want to come back for an extended visit to Victoria and we will stay at the Oswego.

Great location, good sized rooms, nice beds, mostly friendly staff.

Had some weird moments. Arrived at room at it was propped open with deadbolt - weird but nothing amiss so we went with it. Then first night called for more pillows (only had 4 provided for family of 4 and some like 2) they said we will bring some up and never did. The cleaning each day was not extensive, and didnt' replenish the coffee or even seem to do much besides just replace towels (weirdly they didn't replace coffee or tea, then after we had got some from front desk, they actually took away some of the coffee pods leaving less. So they wouldn't add but were happy to take away). Would stay again, but some of the service was lacking.

I want to recognize Oswego for treating pets as part of the family. Not only did they have a dog bed ready for us in the room when we checked in, but dog bowls too, and even had a map of where to walk your dog around the hotel with treats and complimentary poop bags! This hotel won me over right there and then! As if that was not enough, our check-in staff was amazing! She went above and beyond to help us figure out a solution for our oversized vehicle that could not fit their underground parkade with the rooftop cargo box. Finally, the location! We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the hotel is only 2 blocks from the ferry to the US. This allowed us to maximize our stay on checkout day, knowing we didn't have far to drive. The location is also very close to shopping and restaurants, which allowed us to tour Victoria on foot; the best way to appreciate it. I highly recommend this hotel to others, and will definitely be back myself,

We loved our accommodations, the room was clean and inviting. The staff were kind enough to bring our luggage to our room after a soft check in when the room was ready. Although it can be challenging to find child-friendly activities and restaurants in Victoria, the customer service staff were very knowledgeable and gave us excellent activity and food recommendations. The hotel is within walking distance or a short taxi ride to many desired attractions in town.

The restaurant did not offer child friendly options or open early to accommodate those leaving on early ferries or need to leave before 8am.

The location was excellent and the underground parking was very convenient. It is easy to explore the area on foot, a 10 minute walk will take you to the harbor and the city center. Fisherman's Wharf is about a 25 minute stroll, and you can take one of the water taxi's to the downtown area. We did not use breakfast at the hotel, but went outside for that instead. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, which was very big, especially since we stayed only 1 night. Very spacious bathroom, kitchen and living room area. We had a nice balcony and the bed was comfortable. We were in the city on a warm day, and the room did not have AC, only a ceiling fan and a standing fan. But by keeping the blinds closed, the temperature in the room was comfortable enough.

Breakfast hours are pretty late.

BEWARE: In very small print when you check in the form states that you must load your dishes in the dishwasher and wash them upon leaving - otherwise it is an automatic $150 fee. They did not advise us of this when we checked in and it is truly in very small print where you sign at the bottom of the check in. We left 2 coffee mugs in the sink and I had to go down to ensure/discuss that the $150 fee would be taken off our bill. This policy is also odd, given that their marketing point is that it is a bio/eco conscious lodge. Makes zero sense to run a full dishwasher load for one or two mugs.

Everything - location is perfect, especially if arriving by ferry. The views are great and the room was superb. Everything is very comfortable. Most of all, the staff is very kind and always accommodating. You’re never made to feel like you’re bothering them, and all the staff members any time of day or night are so polite and helpful.

The only weak point (and very small) is the laundry situation - you have to use a set of two coin-op machines. They work well but it’s not convenient. I would have expected a mini-stack in your bathroom for the price.

Everything! The attention to detail was amazing. Rooms were so spacious and the balcony was an added bonus with views over the bay. Perfect for sunset. The kitchenette was ideal and the bathroom had both a shower and a bath. The room felt more like an apartment. There was a radio too which was a nice touch to come into the room hearing some music. Possibly the best hotel I've stayed in Canada so far. Loved every minute of our stay and the location is perfect for James Bay and Fisherman's Wharf

Possibly more coffee for the morning but that's me being extra picky
