The close location to the inner harbour. I had a harbour view room which was well worth the extra money. I could stop and use my bathroom or relax during the day very easily. It also offered free parking. I could not hear sound from other rooms which was a huge plus.

It is an older property. The elevator is extremely small & slow. The room / bathroom is small. I had some trouble with the electrical working in my room the first night. The bed was quite soft and there wasn’t a comfortable chair in the room for relaxing. I ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant the morning I left. The service not subpar and the food did not sit well.

The hotel is close to the harbor, and the bus goes to Vancouver. The staff informed us that the hotel room did not have air conditioning, but it had a fan, which we accepted.

We have asked for a quiet room, and we have been have given a room on the top floor. This room does not have air conditioning, which means we need to have open windows due to a hot night. As a result of the noise on the street and the restaurant at the hotel that ends at 2 am, it was difficult to sleep before that, and I will recommend having ear-propper. Breakfast is not included in the hotel fee.

I liked the harbour view from the window, also the sun does not directly shine into the room all day, if it is warm outside you can open a window and place the fan in front to keep the room cool.

The step up to the bathroom was a bit strange and the size of the bathroom was very small. Our stay was in May we had the window open you could hear people chatting outside on the patio from the restaurant directly below. Our room was directly across from a large Ferry that comes and goes from Seattle every day also the Seaplanes you could hear the engines.

We had a room at the back of the hotel that was very, very quiet and the room darkening curtains certainly darkened the room. It was a standard (typical) queen room with usual amenities but very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is perfect for wandering around the waterfront. There is a great grocery store (Red Barn) 2 blocks away so you can pick up a few things and store them in the convenient fridge in your room.

In our room, the door to the hall did not have door seal strip (or weatherstripping) so the noise from the hall was noticeable. It was not loud, just noticeable. However if the hotel was full or busier it could have been an issue.

The location can’t be beat. The staff is very friendly and the room was great. Parking is easy and free. The Belleville restaurant is delicious.

The hot tub was closed all weekend because someone “spilled something in it”. We’ve stayed here before and they had no pet fee but this time (only a 3 weeks later) they said that the management now implemented a pet fee… they nicely waived the fee “just this one time” but it does feel like the first time is free and they don’t communicate that to you. The walls are pretty thin.

The Hotel is in an excellent location. Close to the water, walking distance to Fisherman's wharf and a few other sights as well as breweries, shopping and restaurants. The rooms have been updated and were clean and comfortable. It was pet friendly which is a bonus for us. The rates are very reasonable at this time of year.

The step up to the bathroom in some of the rooms is a bit strange but it was well marked so didn't cause any issues for us. There is no breakfast included even though the Hotel has an attached restaurant and could provide one. The Hotel in the next block provides an amazing breakfast but they don't allow pets so I guess it's a trade off. Some of the staff were very friendly but many of them chose to ignore us as we came and went.

We have stayed at your hotel for the past 6-7 years when we visit Victoria. Everything we need is there: great room & kitchenette sometimes, bar, restaurant! Perfect location to walk or catch buses to sight- seeing activities!

I would have liked a few more options for breakfast that were smaller such as cereal, oatmeal, muffin or bagel. The breakfasts that we had were very good. Staff were excellent! Breakfast a bit pricey also!

The property was well located and comfortable. The hotel was clean, and had good facilities. Lynn served us at reception at checkout and was outstanding - true service with a smile. She helped us to book a local reservation for breakfast, and helpfully advised we could store our luggage before departing Victoria. Thank you Lynn!

The bathroom shower-head could have been cleaner, and the bathtub plumbing was slow to drain. However, these were not issues, just advisories.

The location of this hotel is perfect, easy to walk all over downtown and also to fisherman’s wharf. Lots of different restaurants around also. The rooms were cleaned everyday which we really appreciate, some places are saying that because of COVID they don’t do housekeeping which is unacceptable. Staff were very friendly, was sent a text after 2 days to see if we needed anything.

The bathroom is a little small, can’t be helped. Pool was nice, hot tub was warm one day next was fixed and at good temperature

The front staff were warm, helpful, kind and friendly. I was offered an early check in without even asking!! The locale is superb. The fridge was a large size, big enough for my 2 quart milk container, and it kept my food cold!! The room was spacious enough that I could comfortably do yoga. The lights were bright and plentiful. The bed was comfortable. There was lots of hot water. We appreciated the bathroom amenities.

The decaf coffee was somewhat harsh.
