Fair price hotel located opposite airport. We arrived at 3am and this was perfect for putting kids to bed immediately and not having to book an extra night at our main hotel due to arrival time. We stayed one night prior to our onward arrival over on the Palm. Friendly helpful staff.

Transfer bus took close to 45 mins to complete (arrive and then drop us at hotel) which we could see from the bus stop! Had I known this I would have put family in a taxi. That was too long to wait at that early hour after a long flight. We purchased breakfast for 2 adults at a discounted rate upon check in. £95!!! Its my fault for not checking the exchange rate. I just agreed to it but it was not worth this money. Milk had run out, no table to seat us, bananas were not ripe, tea was luke warm, food was only just acceptable. Price was ridiculous for the quality.

This hotel was clean, and the people in the front desk were very professional and spoke very good English. very close to the airport and have frequent shuttle service between the hotel and the airport is a plus. It is a good choice for an overnight layover in Dubai airport

It is a little bit tricky to identify the location to take the shuttle. I have to call hotel before figuring out where exactly I should wait for the shuttle. If the hotel could include that details in the email they sent to us, that would be great.

The location is superb. Very accessible to prime destinations around Dubai. Taxi service always on the spot. Breakfast extremely nice, very caring and warm staff at the breakfast reception and inside the breakfast room, very clean, neat and warm atmosphere in the breakfast eating room. Our room 075 was very clean and lovely. On the very first day of check in(the gentleman(Mr Kamal) who did our check in at around 1am on Monday) was very helpful, welcoming and very kind. Will definitely come again!!

Check in was fast and very informative about the services and facilities the hotel provides. Was able to leave luggage at the hotel and go out and grab a taxi that was lined up right outside the hotel to enjoy 3 hours in Dubai Downtown area before catching my connecting flight. The bed was very comfortable and I heard no noises from the airport. My room was on the first floor.

I didn't like trying to be upsold on the breakfast buffet at check in. After a very long flight and arriving at midnight, I really just wanted to go to my room and sleep. The free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was a key point in choosing this hotel, but it took 30 minutes to go a very short distance because of the other pickups. I took a taxi back the next day and it took only 10 minutes. The shuttle bus comment is just my opinion and if you have the time, it shouldn't be an issue.

excellent hotel for a short stop over at Dubai . the shuttle from the airport is very efficient and the rooftop pool is a good size. the hotel sent good directions where to pick up the shuttle at the airport but note it is at Departures entrance (not arrivals exit ) so have to change levels after you exit arrivals after picking up your bags

Got off to good start with shuttle. Follow arrows to Departures. Go upstairs. Cross very wide road, 4 lanes then 3 lanes, through tunnel and turn left to hotel shuttles. No regular spot for bus but it is there for a while. Very easy check in, counter staff speak good English. Very helpful. Cafe good. Restauarant bar good. Nice staff at both.

Nothing. All was nice. Just please remember carefully the name of the hotel, Premier Inn Dubai International Airport. Because there is one more hotel apart from Premier Inn, and I was chosen shuttle from the wrong hotel😳

I stayed for 3 nights with my wife during a stopover I'm Dubai. The hotel is a good deal, we had a nice room. The staff are friendly and helpful, also the option with breakfast is super worth! There is a transfer to airport each 30 min, so you can get a ride for a metro station (airport). I recommend this hotel to you're looking for a place to crash during a stop over

I had missed my flight so I had to go back to your hotel for another night. My laptop was running out of power. I had to get tickets printed. Winnie, receptionist, was so kind and professional. She managed to print off my new tickets just before the power went out.
