This hotel is a perfect 10. The room had a lot of space with a big bed, a living room, a bathroom with bath and shower and a perfectly equipped kitchen with several welcome gifts. It was clean and the design of the room and the hotel is incredibly beautiful. They clean the room on demand. The staff was really friendly and helping at all times and were also nice with children. The parking is enormous and has several electric chargers. It has a tram station just in front that is perfectly connected with the city center. We will definitely come again.

Nothing! We didn't try breakfast as there is a nice breakfast place just nearby but it looked nice!

Location in Amsterdam is not my favourite, as it’s not as close to canal ring or Museumplein as I’d prefer. However what you might miss out on location the room quality and size more than make up for it. Pluses are that hotel overlooks the Olympic Stadium, and the area and historic deco buildings were redeveloped and the area now houses some cafes, trendy restaurants (Neni!), and an Albert Heijn grocery nearby. And it is convenient to public transport (metro is a 7-minute walk) and you’re right across street from bus (including 397/Schiphol) and 24 tram line. If you don’t mind being a little further from the charm of the historic Centrum, this is a fantastic choice.

Great place well worth its price. The rooms were super big with numerous adds-on (personal kitchen, big bathroom, big bed). The breakfast was delicious with special options for vegans.

The bed was so comfortable. The room was nice, clean and quiet. Tramstation nearby the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Private parking.

housekeeping: the towels were not changed although we put them on the ground. There was no possibility to stream Netflix on TV. The settings of the airconditioning were limited.

This Hotel is amazing value for money. This is a room I could live in let alone stay a night in and the price and location are massively surprising when I compare it to 5 star establishments. The staff were beyond professional and nice to us during our entire stay and provided exceptional hospitality. The hotel TWENTY EIGHT is a hidden gem in Amsterdam and if you are ever looking for someone to stay during your time there I cannot recommend this place more. I will definitely be back here again next time I am in the city.

Location was decently far from the city centre but given the price and availability of other facilities surrounding the hotel this was a minor issue

Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms. The staff were incredibly helpful when I wasn’t happy with my initial room. The kitchen was a great addition for days when we wanted to eat a little healthier. There are lots of amenities nearby including an amazing bakery but the city was also a quick tram ride away.

In all of Amsterdam, this was definitely value for money! Probably the biggest space I have stayed in Amsterdam and for the price I paid, 10/10! The room was pretty, clean, had top of the line amenities, even top of the line utensils and cutlery! The best piece of property and hotel there is that’s further from the center!

Location is definitely not close to the centre but honestly no complaints on that front seeing as the space and the room is value for money

Quite far from the center like 20-30 mins to commute to each tourist spot but the tram and bus stop is only a min walk from hotel so it is very convenience. Might not fit for someone whom doesn’t know how to commute by tram or bus, will be quite complicate.

Well connected, there's a bus stop in front of the building. It's possible to park under the hotel, but the access from the parking to the hotel is not direct. The room was very nice and cozy. We had the family room, and it had a large table and a complete kitchen. Excellent choice when traveling with children.

The is no breakfast buffet or a place to have breakfast unless siting on an uncomfortable sofa. You can receive it in your room.

We would have liked it more if the room cleaning staff would have refilled the less than half empty bottles of shampoo, conditioners etc. Pillows were amazing but it's always good to have a couple of not so soft Pillows for people like me who need them:) rest all was amazing
