Amazing views of the lake, nice location for walking to other establishments in Pana plus the docks to catch boats to other towns. Nice pool and playground as well as play and activities room for kids make this place fabulous for families.

the balcony rails are extremely low and terrifying in my view. I have both a 3 year old and a six foot husband. I was sure both were going to go over the side. If you have small kids or have been drinking, I would stay off the balcony. But the views are amazing. taking my coffee there early in the morning was breathtaking. Porto - please upgrade those rails! :) otherwise we had a really great stay.

The view was amazing. We were hoping for a room in the middle of the hotel because then you can see all three volcanoes. We were on the top floor but to the right, so we were only able to see two. But still spectacular. We inadvertently left our passports in our room. The general manager, Raul, was amazing in organizing a courier to safely return them to us when we were in Antigua. And, at no charge! He absolutely went above and above beyond.

The hotel is currently being renovated through August. So we did not have water in the middle of the night until 6 AM. This caused us some issues at times.

The staff were phenomenal... everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The view was beautiful, and the room very clean. The pool was wonderful too.

They were undergoing a remodel, so guests had to go roundabout ways to get to anything... obviously a temporary issue. They were kind enough to provide earplugs just in case, which I didn't even need. The curtains didn't do a very good job at blocking out the morning light. The room was clean and functional, but very basic... a clock and a mini-fridge would've been nice. It would be a 10/10 at a lower price point, but the value for the money wasn't there for me, personally.

I love the hotel. This is my second stay in one year. The rooms are clean, with a great view since the windows all towards the lake and the volcanoes. The beds are comfortable and large. The food is excellent. The pool is large and clean. The hotel is located near the shore and Santander street, which is a very important street. The hotel has special activities for children. They have marimba at the restaurant in the mornings and live music at night. The staff is very cordial and they go out of their way to assist you. This time was a bit uncomfortable because they are remodeling the main entrance so we had to use the stairs one floor. However it was well arranged and they had free coffee and water in the lobby which is a temporary one.

My only concern was the stairs I had to use daily because of the remodeling.

This was our first visit to Guatemala and to lake Atitlan. We pleasantly surprised of the ammenities of this hotel. It has parking, two elevators and the suite had an amazing view of the lake. Beautiful during the mornings and afternoons! The pool area was really nice and we reserved a slot at the hot tub during our last night. The hotel offered an excellent breakfast buffet during the weekends. The rest of our stay during weekdays we ate here with a la carte options and the options were also very good. The restaurant area is also very nice and the staff was very friendly. We had a couple of tours booked and the docks to the boats were only a few minutes away, walking distance. The hotel has nearby stores, local shops and easy access. The staff was very nice and extremely helpfull at all times. Just one minor detail that it was difficult to exchage USD to local currency if bills were torn, ripped or had a slight fade. The front desk lady said the banks won't accept them. Understandable and fortunately, the hotel had an ATM in the front where we were able to withdraw money in local currency. We had a great time during our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent option!

nice small patio looking on to the flower beds. Saturday evening there were drinks at sunset looking at the surrounding volcanoes. it was very close to the ferries that went to the other lake villages so good location and nice easy walk to Main Street.

Live music was a bit loud on the Saturday night in the dining room and also when we sat round the pool and wanted to read, the music was turned on just for us. Sometimes it is nice not to have music!

amazing views from corner balcony, great location to walk main street (Calle Santander) and nearby water taxis, good wifi, free secure parking, comfy beds and good hot water pressure, helpful staff, great AC, good laundry service (used outside service), nice pool and gym

not informed that reservations are required for jacuzzi use, overpriced restaurant, hotel and rooms could use some refreshing and updates

Breathtaking views from our corner King Room. The room was massive with so much space. Pool was a plus to relax in the morning before heading out to explore. Very clean and great housekeeping services.

Restaurant was bellow average, better to go out and eat in town. There were some convention when we stayed and the music was very loud at night in the courtyard - all rooms face the courtyard.

This hotel has a nice view on the lake and volcanos. It is near the lake and the main shopping street. Room is very spacious and you have everything that you need. You can chill on the balcony and embrace the nice view. We liked to swim in the pool and to stay in jaccuzzi. Miguel was very nice and made us very tasty coctails at the pool bar.
