Absolute excellence in all areas!! Beautiful friendly staff interaction via email and in-person. Professional pre-travel correspondence. Superb amenities for all your family holiday needs for literally everything!! The fireplace gave an Aussie from hot Queensland a dream come true experience. Literally a hop & a skip away from central Queenstown but located just ideally enough for a peaceful luxury retreat! And did I mention the spectacular priceless view?! Breath-taking!!!!! Absolutely booking again for future family trips!!

Loved the location with the alpine trees and the mountains as a back drop. Very peaceful with birds always chirping in the treetops...Love the style of the Villa...beautiful! Fireplace is lovely and the coffee machine is a bonus! Very clean and the beds are comfy! The bathroom and bathtub are very nice. Loved the scenic walk into the township.

On warm nights there are no ceiling fans or airconditioning. Can't leave the windows or doors open as there are no screens and the bugs and mosquitos come into the room. There are small portable fans but they are very noisy.

It’s clean and modern with space for family/friends to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. We were impressed with the fully equipped kitchen and the cleanliness. The apartment has a laundry which is handy for longer stays. The gas fire is ambient and the lounge is comfortable. It has a Nespresso machine and tea and milk on arrival. It really was a lovely apartment.

The bush view apartments back onto a reserve that has a waterfall which is quite loud. We loved it but others may find the noise a bit too much, especially after a heavy rain. It sounds like an aircon unit outside your bedroom. It didn’t bother us at all.

The location is excellent, 1n easy 15 minute walk to Queenstown. The villa was very clean, and the reception staff were excellent. Any request was dealt with professionally and swiftly. The villa is quite spacious and is self contained. There is parking outside or in the single garage allocated to the villa.

I had booked an Alpine View room rather than a Lake View room. The aspect from the Alpine View room is nice, however the aspect of the Villas facing the lake is stunning. Be careful when booking the room as the Booking.com website can be misleading with the images. The villa is serviced every fourth day, however it is insufficiently stocked with bathroom accessories, like soap and toilet paper for four days. Reception staff were very obliging; however, the experience would have been better with additional items readily available in the villa to last the four days.

An amazing apartment to stay in. Super spacious and beautiful. And the beds!! So comfortable - could you actually let me know what brand of mattress is on that king bed? I didn’t want to leave it? We stayed her with my bridal party for my wedding week and it was a great location. The views were beautiful for photos as well.

I would have liked to be able to get free refills on the coffee pods once every 1-2 days. Having to pay for them when we have 6 adults in the house and only 6 complimentary coffee pods on arrival and once again after the cleaner comes every 4 days is a bit silly. It was good we could buy more from the reception but for the price of the stay I would expect 6 a day complimentary.

Apartments are beautifully presented, fabulous fire place, and comfortable beds. Heated flooring and heating throughout. The kitchen has everything you need. Clean and tidy. Tennis courts are a hit with the kids. Our view was lovely, we were towards an end this year so not as good as the middle apartments we have had in previous years, but still lovely to see the lake and snow capped mountains out of every window. This is our 7th visit so we obviously think it is well worth it.

Close to the road so the road noise woke me some mornings but this isn’t fault to the owners. A little out of town however it’s an easy walk.

We honestly loved everything about this property. We are a family of 5 and we didn’t have a hire car, so when I booked this property the only thing I was worried about was that it wasn’t directly in town. When we arrived and saw that the bus stop was straight outside, all my worries went away! The bus was so convenient, it came every 15 minutes and the trips were cheap with the Bee Card (easy enough to buy at the airport or in town). I loved how everything about the property just felt easy and convenient. They had large umbrellas at the door for us to use (it was a very rainy week), the kitchen was well equipped and a washing machine and dryer which I used almost every day. It felt warm and homely, with lots of heating including a gas fire place, underfloor heating in the bathrooms and heated towel rails. I also loved how much space we had in the entire villa, with a family of 5 and all our luggage we didn’t want to feel cramped. The place was nice and clean and modern. The whole family loved it and we were honestly really sad to leave! If we ever return to Queenstown we will definitely rebook here.

We had a the alpine apartment. It had a slight side view of the lake, however if you take the lake view it has most beautiful views of the lake. Though the apartments are in a quiet location but it is slightly far from the city centre but if one is willing to give it a go then one can still walk comfortably to the centre.

I travelled with my aging parents and one of the biggest negative was that there was no toilet on the ground floor, every time they had to use the facilities they had to climb up to the 1st floor, which was a bit difficult for them and annoying for us as well.

Words can not describe - this place is absolutely stunning - the staff attentive and helpful; the views of both - the forrest and the lake - were breathtaking; the coffee machine; the beds super comfortable; the open plan kitchen+dining+lounge (very well built place), flowing out to a little patio with grass and a dinning table, lovely for summery late dinners and drinks. Loved the gas fireplace. And all details - baby chair, umbrellas, toiletries, variety of wine and spirit glasses. Super, super clean place. Walking distance to the lake, we used Uber as well. Very quiet. Photos do not justify its elegance, glamour and beauty. We will come back.

It was already more than we expected. Did not miss anything. Already excellent holiday villa, no need for improvement.

The villa was so clean and smelled paradise ! Very tidy and spacious too. Location is just perfect, not in the heart of the busy part of the city, but also just a walking distance to it. With picturesque views of the snow capped mountains and the lake on the other side !

It’s not that I did not like; but my kids were playing and they got very energetic and they broke a vase, the hotel charged me $150. That’s alright, but I thought they ignore such a damage.
