Fantastic service from the time we arrived until we departed. Jesse, Bailey and Owen stood out. Exceptional service in every way. Greeted immediately and my truck was parked promptly. I got to talking with the guys and they were super friendly and happy to help. They told my wife and I some recommendations on where to eat and drink and we headed out. When we got back to the room the boys had a welcome gift basket for us! Amazing and totally unexpected. From the rest of our stay everyone was happy to help and answer any questions I had. We will be staying at Kimpton hotels from now on, from the service to the decor you guys hit it out of the park. My sincere thank you to the whole staff! You guys made our weekend getaway amazing! Up to the usual Kimpton standard of charm, character, and comfort, it made our two night stay enjoyable. Curb service with bags and valet parking were very helpful. The bar was a good place to relax at the end of a long day, and the bartender gave us good advice on dining. Pikes Market and many good restaurants are a short walk away.

Room layout was a bit odd, with a corridor bending around the bathroom leading into the room proper, but that's hardly a problem. It does reduce the usable floor space, however. Lack of power outlets easily accessible at the nightstand makes it awkward to charge your phone overnight.

Location was fantastic! Everything was within walking distance. About 2 blocks from Target, 1 block from HMart and Ludi's and about 2 blocks from Pike Place Market. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Valet Parking was worth the $52, our car was safe. Comfy Bed and Atelier Bloom Bathroom Products, smelt so good! Breakfast in bed was delicious!

My room was facing 2nd and it was pretty loud, Perhaps earplugs could be provided in the 2nd facing rooms. In a hotel of this caliber, I think you should have toiletries from the states or Canada. It's pretty well-known that toiletries coming from China are of questionable quality and I'd encourage Kimton to take a look at that and make changes. We would have also liked the Penny Royal to be open before 5 pm; at least on weekends.

I’m asthmatic On entering the bedroom, I thought it smelt of dog !! The A/c was very cold -to mask the smell? I was too tired to ask for change of room I don’t likr pets being welcome in bedrooms!!

lack of understanding of our travel buddies needs. they required a disabled access room & roll in shower. first 2 rooms they were given had a shower over the bath ! clearly someone in a wheelchair that can’t stand or walk can not climb into a bath! ! very frustrating as only reason to chose this hotel was we could book them a disabled access room! they did get one, but third room given! my friends had emailed & made a phone call from Australia to confirm this was what they would get.

The homeless population right outside the hotel was skittle overwhelming - but to be expected in Seattle. The water offered in the hotel room was pretty steep for price. Hotel room was pretty tiny for the price paid.

The staff was fantastic and accommodating, the location was central to numerous attractions and the ambiance in the hotel was amazing. The onsite restaurant Shaker and Spear was expensive but wonderful, and upon checking out I was informed I will be receiving a discount for dining on premise. The wine happy hour was a treat. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff. They kept offering great food and local attractions for me to enjoy. I felt very comfortable traveling solo to this hotel.

The bed was not very comfortable. I wish Penny Royal and Shaker and Spear had more open hours, but I am assuming the limited hours are due to covid staffing issues, which I am sympathetic about. The hotel was a bit expensive, I would have preferred to pay around $500 for the property instead of almost $800.

Stylish hotel ideally located between Belltown and Pike Place Market. Front desk staff is casual and friendly. Beds are very comfortable and the AC worked well and was quiet. Daily turn-down service was unexpected since most hotels have done away with it during the pandemic. A bunch of Mexican wineries were doing a nightly tasting during my stay, which was a really nice perk.

I realize Seattle is expensive, but nearly $400/night feels a bit extractive. My room was not ready until a few minutes after 3pm, which I presume is due to limited cleaning staff.

The room was lovely. I liked the unique pillow accent, it made me laugh. It had everything that we needed. I haven't seen a mini bar in a very long time. That was a pleasant surprise even though we didn't indulge in it.

Room service hours are very limited.
