The staff was extremely pleasant and professional ! Wonderful first impression! The restaurant, service and fare were both exemplary ! Our server was so polite!! Thank you to him!! It would have been great if there was access to an English TV program I was surprised about that! Room was spotless, a bit tight, and some of the exterior trim needs to be painted etc, furniture is showing signs of wear and tear The location on the lake couldn’t have been better and loved the huge window! The view of the moon over the lake was breathtaking! The hotels location in the village was right out of a story book ! I’d highly recommend the hotel!

Delightful stay in the most amazing location! Was really special being able to walk outside and be right on Lake Geneva. Only a few minutes walk from the plage too for swimming! The bed was comfortable and having a mini fridge was great for affordable meals while travelling.

The wifi doesn’t work in the rooms. So we had to sit on the stairs whenever we wanted to use wifi - at least there was still a nice view! If you can we would recommend staying in a room with a view but even if you can’t the lake is right outside :)

The view towards the lake and mountains is incredible. If only for this, I recommend staying at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was large enough (we stayed in one of the attic rooms). The staff are friendly and try their best to be curteous and helpful (receptionists and cleaning ladies).

The attic rooms are near the chimney smoke evacuation. During the first night it was impossible to open the window without smoke coming in (lots of it). The receptionist went out of his way to try to help us, and even called a chimney expert to clean it. The second night it was better, but it was still impossible to open the window in the evening, without feeling intoxicated (during the day this was not a problem) For this reason, I would not recommend booking the attic rooms (I would have loved to be able to enjoy the amazing view in the evening, as well).

Our greeting at reception was great and very detailed check in and help with parking, travel pass etc was all very much appreciated.

We had no heating in the bedroom and bathroom which we thought initially was something we had done/not done tho there was a plug in heater in the bathroom which we subsequently plugged in. At the end of day 2 as the room was very cold we did report it and whilst the heating could not be fixed, the very helpful chap (Hungarian) on reception was so apologetic, bought us up a second heater which helped and organised maintenance to fix the heater tho not before our departure. Only other comment was that the pillows were not great and only 2 of them so would have liked much better pillows or at least x2 per person. Tho we did not ask so perhaps this could have been resolved.

The room was very comfortable and we slept very well. The AC was a perfect respite from some very hot weather. Our window view over the Lavaux was gorgeous and also included views of the lake. We had a lovely dinner at the lakeside restaurant.

Overall, it was great but the shower door has seen better days. It was very hard to move without feeling like something was in danger of breaking. Our dinner was very good though the service was very slow and not very attentive, though that may just be a cultural difference.

Staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. Hotel location is excellent, room was clean with amazing view. Parking by the hotel and another parking lot was near by. I will repeat another stay at this hotel someday and I will recommend it to my family and friends. I want to thank everyone in this hotel and restaurant, they made my trip so beautiful.

Charmful hotel in a beautiful historical building, yet bedrooms modern and nicely furnished. Location just by the lake, with a nice terrace in the shade of high trees. The bar and restaurant are opened till late. Good breakfast with fresh viennoiseries. The Wifi Signal was a bit hard to find (had to move around in my room of the 3rd floor) but once connection established, very stable.

Nothing really, the public parking is a very short walk away but through cobbled street of the old town can be tricky with roller suitcases. I have struggled to find Wifi but once found, super stable.

having never been to Lutry before, we were bowled over by the location of the hotel overlooking the lake. we had paid for a lake view and it was definitely worthwhile! The staff were friendly and helpful and it was an ideal location from which to explore Lutry.

the room was a little bit on the tired side and the air con unit was very noisy. would still stay again though!

I loved this three star gem of a hotel. Its friendly and courteous staff, paired with precision Swiss cleanliness, and breathtaking views made à for a wonderful week plus stay.

I did not like the fact that I had to leave. I would happily reside here full time.

everything about the hotel is superb! located next to marina, so that one can enjoy yachts and beautiful Alps right from the window in the morning. delicious food in the restaurant. and super-duper friendly nice and helpful staff both at check-in and restaurant

shower and toilet are equipped with hand rails - which reminds of coming problems, when we are getting older. otherwise have nothing to complain about.
