Nice surroundings, comfortable room. When I arrived for check-in late in the evening, Pauline was wonderful, I have limited mobility and when I was told my room was in a block a fair distance away, she drove me there, lovely lady and exceptional service.

As somebody with very limited mobility and only able to walk with a stick, it was disappointing at breakfast to see three members of staff standing around chatting whilst I hobbled to get an orange juice, back to the table, then a coffee, back to the table, then a croissant, back to the table, no offer to help me. Disappointed that for the hot section I was told that they don’t do fried eggs, I’ve never heard of this before. Poor customer service.

We stayed one night. Great facilities, lots of different games, sports channels in the bar area, free tea, coffee. All u can eat breakfast. Room was a very good size, clean and modern. Overall, it was great and would stay again.

Only minor thing. We arrived about 5pm and asked about food at reception. Staff member did not seem to be sure and suggested the bar might be serving food. We did get food from the bar, which was very nice (pizza and chips). However at 6.30 the restaurant opened and were offering a full carvery, which had we been told about wld have much preffered.

Lovely site, building is easy to find and a quiet relaxed atmosphere

The bedding could do with updating, with a couple of springs on the mattress being sprung and the main sheet having a small hole in, we were provided with 1.5 toilet rolls which I fully admire the hotels commitment to a greener footprint and not to waste half used toilet rolls, I would have liked to have a 2nd full roll as we ran out the morning we checked out. There was small damage in the bathroom that I’m sure is on its way to be fixed but otherwise the room was immaculate and we can’t wait to stay again

It was a lovely (if a bit small ) room….. it was round the back away from traffic noise so we could have the window open ……. The room itself was functional and comfortable and there was a fan!! Didn’t need to ask which was a bonus and extra pillows - again didn’t have to ask, they were there!!…… Also being smokers it was lovely to have access to the centre courtyard!….. which wasn’t too far from our room and had tables and chairs - no hanging around some designated “smoking” area…… All in all it was a good deal price wise, the location was lovely , as was the room and all the staff we encountered were always very polite , friendly, helpful and professional.

Proper bath sheets and more towels…… A mini fridge would be helpful……. Other than that I’ve no complaints One last thing - get some ashtrays or sand bin for cigarettes ……. There was nowhere to discard cigarettes in the courtyard area and we hate to leave cigarette litter etc after us !!

Clean, quick check-in process, attentive staff. Really good price. Easy to find. Missed dinner because we arrived late but could easily order Uber Eats. :)

Very slight detail, which really isn't too important, but I noticed some minor grime/residue that was near the door handles and the back of the door (nothing overt, just from regular use). Guessing the cleaning staff just missed – otherwise, super clean and comfortable.

The hotel was based in an area which is kind of like a resort as it had hotels, restaurants, a golf course, a spa, a leisure centre and an aqua park all in the same area. It was nice to walk around and see what was around the area and it was beautifully lit at night. The hotel had a restaurant and a bar but we never really used it however the facilities all looked good.

The room was small so it got really hot. We kept the fan on and windows open when we went out and when we came back the room was still boiling, it just wouldn’t cool down, so trying to sleep was also impossible. The beds wasn’t THAT comfy and were quite small. The showers were so hard and stiff to turn on and off and we had to get one of the workers to come in the room and help us turn it on as we didn’t want to break it but they said it’s because they were newly installed which is why they were stiff.

Check in was fast and informative ( thanks Lilly and Ella) spotless well appointed room with iron hair dryer coffee tea etc Very big fully equipped gym and a buffet breakfast with endless choices for every taste/ diet The staff are all a credit to this place and a special thanks to big Josh the manager for all your help

Bar food is ordinary at best which is a shame but there are other choices to eat. The signage to get there is minimal but once you’ve found it you know ! The complex is really big and it’s easy to get lost in the hallways but you’ll get there.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and check in was very quick.

The room was compact. Not enough information given on arrival, ie. use of leisure club, timings and cost involved, no breakfast information given just told where it would be if we were interested, no mention of evening meal although we went to a nearby pub because we could eat early.

Has a focus on sustainability, and very friendly, helpful staff. The grounds were lovely to explore with my kid who loved all the wildlife around. Very peaceful and clean grounds, will be recommending it to friends and look forward to staying again. The Scott free coffee was also excellent also.

The other room (390) was a bit noisy for my family member due to the motorway. However my room opposite was perfectly quiet. But this was a very minor issue, overall the ambiance at the Willows was very relaxing. Would have been nice to have biscuits in the room though. :D

Great rooms, very clean and a good size, amenities were brilliant, free use of games machines (PAC Man, Time crisis etc) as well as pool, shuffle board and more. Your kids will love it!

Breakfast was overpriced £15 each, was ok but definitely expensive for the quality. Bar drinks and food very expensive, I had a large glass of wine and a sweet cider for £17!!!
