good breakfast, a little more gluten free options would be good though. breakfast staff are very good.

As i was staying for 5 nights it would have liked to have been given the option at check in to take a balance / card details that could be used in the bar. i used the bar each evening. I ate in the bar the first night, the burger was so overcooked it had fallen back into mince. I only ate it as i was starving. Its a shame as i would have eaten in every night if the food was ok. I left a night early due to issues with the trains, the reception staff discussed in front of me about contacting housekeeping about reusing my room that night that i had paid for, not very professional

The hotel was very clean. The staff were polite and friendly. It’s in a great location 10 minute ish walk from Cabot circus and other key areas we wanted to visit. Our room was decorated by the staff for my birthday organised by my wife and much was a lovely touch. The cooked breakfast was good. The hash browns weren’t very good to be honest but everything was lovely and the variety was great. The staff were attentive to items that had gone and quickly brought fresh out so not long to wait. Coffee machine made a lovely cup of coffee.

Hash browns were soft and didn’t seem very good quality. Everything else was good as explained in the liked section.

Breakfast was great, lots of choice and the hot breakfast was hot not warm like some hotels and Twinnings Tea not just some random tea bags. Seating area was very nice too, all staff were great very attentive at clearing plates and checking breakfast stock. All in all one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a hotel. Location very close to a car park , with the discount we paid about £23 for 2 nights. Hotel was really clean and the bedroom looked new. No scuffs, marked furniture just bright and airy. We stayed in a deluxe room on the 8th floor. Fridge came with goodies that was restocked over night and there were plenty of Twinnings tea bags and coffee provided . I took my own toiletries but ended up using the ones the hotel provided as they were eco friendly and smelt amazing. As we only stayed for 2 nights the storage was fine but maybe a little tight for a long stay.

Loved everything but it would have been nice to have a branded ketchup instead of sachets, but that’s a personal preference. I don’t there was anything not to like.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Train and bus stations, old city, ferries are all in walking distance. Room was spacious. There is a fridge in the room and kettle , coffee and tea, which were replenished every day. There was no noise at night at all, neither from the street nor the corridors nor other rooms. I had undistubed sleep.

The breakfast could have been hotter - it was only tepid. Also, the coffee machines were only able to deliver Lattes or cappuccino - I drink black Americano which they had problems with for some reason. The staff were very helpful and friendly and did their best to fix it, but the machine was against them.

The outside signage is very high, so I didn't spot it when turning into the road heading towards the car park. There needs to be another sign at about 20ft. I clocked up 2 miles of (Google Maps) walking directions which took me away from the hotel and 40 minutes later I realised that I could have just walked a couple of minutes in the opposite direction and I would have been there (not the fault of the hotel, of course)!

Stayed there with my gig buddy the other month. First impression as soon as walked in - omg it smells so good! The atmosphere was extremely comfortable, staff super helpful and amazing, especially lovely Andrea! The rooms had everything needed, very comfy beds, everything so clean! Food was great too! A big big choice for everyone! Very close to central, within a walking distance! Carpark was the only thing ehich was bit further, but we did get a discount for it, so no issues. Overall - one of the best hotels ive ever stayed at, personally, so thank you X

Being that I am disabled, I kindly asked the Reception Desk , if they could kindly move the safe. This had been moved to the bottom of a cupboard where the fridge was located. They kindly moved to just under the T.V. I did manage to life the tray containing, kettle and mugs etc, but believe this too should be moved to top of cupboard. I found the Restaurant staff very helpful especially one of the Managers, his name Johnny. He could see that it was difficult with walking stick and trying to hold a plate , so he kindly asked me to walk along the counter and advise what I would like. Nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly use your hotel as a base for my next trip to Bristol and Bath. I took a video of my room 210, but unfortunately, I was unable to upload.

I could not find anything to report on.

This is a modern and efficient hotel. We were warmly greeted and the room was extremely comfortable and had generous proportions compared to other places we stayed in the UK. The hotel is well located within walking distance to great bars and restaurants and very close to the main railway station. We were so very impressed with our stay at the hotel we will return on our next visit to this lively and fun city.

Nothing. This hotel is making guest comfort and convenience their priority.

It ticks off the boxes in terms of location and comfort. A 10’ walk to the action of the center, and close enough to Temple Meads railway station. Located in a business district with a couple of cafes in 3’ walk and a sainsburys market on the opposite corner. A very safe area to be. Room is comfortable and spacious enough to move around and lay your stuff. Ideal for a short stay in Bristol.

I would have liked these extra little things, a bottle of complimentary water, or a drink at the bar, that little extra that bonds the visitor with the space. Bed also could have been a little bigger and rain shower felt a bit weak. Tv also couldn’t seem to connect with device/didn’t have that Netflix option to login with your codes at least. Little things for improvement to make it perfect. Yet again, location is top.

Clean, modern, good front of house staff, friendly and a busy hub as in people enjoying the public areas in the evening etc. bedrooms have no drawers which is a bit of an issue when storing smaller items of clothing.

Breakfast was good in that it provided all of your needs and had a good selection. However staff cleared away tables very quickly so had to keep an eye on the tables when getting up for more coffee etc, no waitress service which was very disappointing and I would expect in a 4 star hotel, if only to bring coffee and also offer omelettes etc.
