Just what I’d expect from Hilton. Clean, comfortable and efficient All staff were lovely, especially the breakfast crew.

I haven’t been to a Hilton for many years but the breakfast hasn’t changed much. It’s bare bones English buffet which has everything and unlimited but could do with an update. Think smashed avocado, florentine, smoothie, salmon, poached eggs, omelettes. We were offered orange juice and standard tea and coffee when there was a better choice at the buffet. However the coffee machine was awful Maybe it’s time each Hilton had a barista? But I enjoyed my breakfast both days. Just could’ve impressed more

Great location, and the food / breakfast was amazing. Great outside view.

While booking the hotel, it was not really obvious that car parking was chargeable, also breakfast was not included. I always prefer to book breakfast and I thought I did this time too - but aparantly it wasn't. There was no way for me to prove that I had booked it. When I look at previous bookings where breakfast was defo included, they also show same values as this booking. Was bit disappointed on two things: 1) Option was not super clear at the time of booking 2) The support wasn't great either.

Before booking the room I phoned the hotel to ask about the parking situation, the lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful which is why I ended up booking the room. I visited the hotel for work and had to stay overnight in Bristol due to a busy schedule so did not have the change to explore too much the hotel and the surroundings. For me check in was smooth sailing, the staff at reception were very pleasant. I have to say I appreciated the warm cookie I received on check in. The room was nothing exceptional. It was a comfortable room with an extra large bed, tea making facilities, an expresso machine and a desk. From what I saw the room was clean, the shower was clean, I had a bit of trouble with the shower because the water was either cold or boiling hot and nothing in-between but that is not a problem. I found the bed and pillows super comfortable.

I cannot help but think every time I stay in a hotel from the Hilton chain that they really do not need to charge their guests for parking. The price of the stay in a room is not cheap in the first place, give the parking as a nice gesture to your guests.

Great location right next to St Mary's Redcliffe and a very short walk into the city centre, with good night life, restaurants, etc. Comfortable room and a fantastic breakfast with loads of choice and very attentive staff.

It was great to have a car park, but it was disappointing to be hit for a further £15 per night to park my car. This isn't a cheap hotel and, at this price point, I'd expect parking to be included in the cost of the room. No doubt there's something in the small print, but it certainly wasn't obvious at the point of booking.

I liked the shower room, sufficient towels, that a flannel was provided, that there was a magnifying mirror. I liked that the washing products were refillable, not small plastic bottles. I liked the provision of a hair drier and an iron. I liked the window seat. I liked the coffee making machine with individual pods including decaffeinated ones.

I was in room 417. The inside base of the bathroom door frame, RHS, could do with the paint being touched up. Beyond your control, but a female was having an argument in another room close by at a very early hour.

Clean and modern. Next to st Mary Redcliffe cathedral and very central. The staff were really friendly from when our son checked us in and we got free cookies to the help we got when we thought we had left a bag in a taxi. The reception staff went out of their way to contact my son and we discovered we had left it at home. Would stay again although probably just at the top end of our budget.

We were visiting my son and he is over the other side of Bristol so crossing Bristol these days in a car is difficult. We are in our 70’s.

One of he best hotels we have every stayed in!! The staff were amazing, went out of their way to help you. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, great views and the bed was so comfy - even had toothbrush, toothpaste and mouth wash which came in handy as mine had fell out of my bag on the train so I needed a new one! We had been to a gig in the evening and when we came back we ordered food - it was gone 10:00pm and the food was so good. The breakfast was beautiful, so much choice and again the staff were amazing! I just have to say the hot warm chocolate cookie you get when checking in - oh my word that was a lovely surprise.

Very modern-looking rooms. I found it very refreshing staying in this hotel because I like more modern-looking rooms. The stay was also at a competitive price and a complimentary cake made me feel welcome.

Lifts require key card access before using them. This was not communicated to me when checking in. In addition, I was not told that to activate all lights I need to put my card to this special holder which is something I have not found in other Hilton, or indeed any other hotels.

Excellent quiet location, but very near centre. Beautifully clean room with added extras- Coffee machine, kettle etc and plenty of soaps, towels etc. Fabulous rain shower.

No complaints, except- At breakfast, was offered tea from a Thermos flask!!! In England??! Should be able to brew own breakfast tea, please, not just herbals.

The location is perfect as it was just across the road from my office. The room was lovely; clean with an extremely comfy bed and the shower was incredible. Breakfast had pros and cons - I am coeliac and the first morning, I requested an omelette and they said they weren't taking any more orders, even though it was only 8 AM. The second morning, at the exact same time, they were happy to make me an omelette, which was brilliant. Also, the gluten free toast was a great addition.

As a coeliac, it is frustrating as hell when A. The sausages aren't gluten free (most sausages are now easily available to get gluten free, please get with the times). B. You get questioned when you ask if the items can be taken from the kitchen in the back, rather than the buffet, in order to avoid cross contamination. C. Hash browns are fried in a shared fryer instead of having their own fryer or being cooked in the oven, thus rendering them non-coeliac friendly.
