The apartment is spacious and has everything required. The location is very good once you get used to the dark, lonely street and realise it's not far from the centre. The same goes for convenience stores and transport - it's all there, but not immediately apparent. All in all, a pleasant stay, but for the price we paid I think the next time we'll choose a hotel.
Soap, shampoo, toilet paper - not enough and not working properly (the bath gel dispenser specifically). No dustbin bags!! Only the bin (big, yes). After 6 days, full to overflowing and would have appreciated at least another one in a drawer. The same goes for the (tiny) bin in the bathroom. The street is dark and lonely despite not being in a remote location at all.

The two bedroom apartment was the best! Affordable for a couple who have different ways of adjusting to jet lag. Its location—we took a bus from Heathrow and then a short taxi. And it was short walk to train station and tour start locations, so that was great. I was so happy I decided to risk this place rather than a hotel—it was like having both! Plus, the little Italian restaurant across the street was awesome!
Maybe more instructions for appliances. But everything was great. We loved staying there for 4 days—Bath was a 10 minute walk to train station and 10 minute train ride. And Bristol was so much more interesting and worth visiting than we ever dreamed.

The apartment was cosy, clean, well stocked, comfortable and safe. In a perfect location and with lovely, helpful staff, I really cannot fault my experience. It was fantastic, the balcony was secure and lovely to stand out on, and the shower pressure was life changing lol. Best shower of my life. And the beds were extremely comfy. Will always stay here when visiting Bristol from now on
The tv remote was faulty which was annoying and hopefully they’ll replace it as I did tell them about it but really wasn’t much of an issue. I can’t find a single thing to complain about

Comfortable apartment, clean and modern. Nice bedding and towels.
Too many emails before arriving, the last two emails we were driving and these were giving instructions on how to access parking, keys and so on…. When driving you don’t want to have to stress with emails full of codes. Also on arrival at 17:00 reception was closed and foor didn’t open for the car, it was stressful until we found number to call and ask for help. I think arrival should be less complicated, once you have done it once is fine I suppose and the apartment was good.

We liked the ease of checking in and checking out. The rooms were big enough for our guests and the beds were comfy. We liked how there were spare Pillows in the cupboards. The kitchen was well equipped. The TV in the living area had options to sign in to Netflix and amazon which is great added bonus. The location was great and has a tesco Express and Co operative nearby. We asked the staff if they could provide us with decorations such as balloons for my partners birthday and they did which was a great surprise when we walked into the room. The security deposit was returned 2 days after our check out which was also a pleasant surprise as some hotels I've had experience with in the past tend to take a while to return the fees. Bottles of water were provided in the fridge, as well as tea and coffee and biscuits. We didn't see/hear a single person during our stay from other rooms which was great, I believe that some of the rooms have long staying guests as we did hear a dog bark every now and again! We enjoyed our stay that much im already looking at booking for birthday for new years!
We didn't like how you couldn't park at the hotel and the closest car park was ÂŁ24.30 a day for parking! The shower wasn't the greatest as it didn't got hot enough after one person had showered. One other thing I would suggest is maybe a manual for the cooker and microwave as it took us a while to work out how to use both.

Convenient distance from Bristol Temple Meads station. Good facilities - especially a full bath and dishwasher in the kitchen. Helpful staff. I'd stay there again.
I received several texts asking me to pay in advance and assumed these were a scam and then I checked my emails. It looked like they were threatening to cancel my stay if I didn't click on the link and enter my details. Fortunately when I called reception they were lovely and offered the option of paying in person when I arrived. In this era of mass scamming it seems like a bad idea to adopt this approach.

The apartment was very cozy yet practically furnished. We had everything we needed for the duration of our stay and could have stayed quite comfortably for much longer. It was clean and warm, with a heater in each room. The water pressure in the shower was good and there was plenty of hot water. Premier Suites provided hand soap, shower gel come shampoo, towels, and plenty of tea and coffee sachets with milk and sugar. The staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful.
There is nothing I dislike about the property though there are a couple of things I thought I’d better point out so they can maybe be addressed. The main thing is that there is a fault with either the tv or the remote controller which inhibits the scroll function. The shower screen leaks but it’s not unmanageable or serious with the bath mat in place. It would have been appreciated if we had been informed our room number in advance rather than reading the number off the key as we were a little uncertain. None of these are serious issues and I in no way feel our visit quality was impacted. I just figured it was useful feedback.

We had booked one night for three adults in a two-bedroom apartment, but when we arrived the reception explained that a problem in the apartment meant they had to give us two one-bedroom apartments. All was explained by the friendly staff. That was a good solution and we got more space and privacy. Both apartments were modern and well equipped. Location is easy to get to central Bristol. You have to pre-book parking on site (charged at ÂŁ20 a day), which we didn't get round to. There is some street parking outside, and a surface car park just around the corner which both had spaces in the evening. We paid for this in an app, and actually by moving the car once we paid less.
Only very minor, but light level in the apartment at night was quite low.

Excellent apartment, well equipped, comfortable, spotlessly clean, in a good location.
Tried to contact building in advance by telephone to clarify arrangements but got no response. Was not sent check in arrangements until after we had set out for Bristol meaning we could not print out from the PC. NB NOT EVERYONE USES OR CAN USE A SMARTPHONE. Arriving at property found the instructions to get in very confusing, and the woman in the Reception was very unhelpful and not at all welcoming or friendly.

Good location for the centre of Bristol - 15min walk to the main shopping centre for example. Long stay car park near the property, which we used throughout our stay. Not cheap but convenient. Rooms and flat overall were larger than we expected, plenty of room for the family.
Not very much china and crockery or cutlery - the bare minimum for the number of beds, which meant the dishwasher had to go on before it was full as we ran out of cups etc. A few more would be appreciated. No instructions given about recycling - where to put it etc
