The location was excellent, which meant we could walk around Bristol on foot to get everywhere we needed to go. I especially appreciated that it was close to Bristol Temple Meads train station, which gave us the opportunity to easily go to explore other places, like Bath, for the day. The property itself had everything that we needed and was clean and as described.

It would have been nice to have some salt and pepper in the kitchen for cooking (even in small sachets or something). It was a little noisy - we could hear the other people in the building quite well. However, during the week it was generally pretty quiet (the noise only became an issue on the Friday night).

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was lager than I had expected and seemed to be recently refurbished. You could easily stay here for a couple of weeks self catering. Far more facilities than in a similarly priced hotel room. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped - appliances, cooking equipments, crockery and cutlery. Bathroom spacious and spotless. Bedroom was roomy, with plenty of storage. Additional bedding which came in useful as it was very cold during our stay. Co-op supermarket a short walk away to get a good range of supplies. Centrally located - easy to walk to restaurants, theatre, station, buses etc. Good Wi-fi reception

Tiny, tiny point. A wooden spoon for cooking.

Conveniently located, excellent facilities especially the kitchen. Felt very secure and safe during my stay. Property was very quiet. Lovely bathroom with a brilliant shower

I felt that a £250 security deposit was a little high (though this was refunded to my card very quickly after my stay). Also was required to provide my photo id which is a bit unusual for a 2 day stay!

This property is extremely well located in the centre of Bristol near the river and some of the main sites. King Street / Harbourside etc.

It would have been better if the parking on site within the complex had been cheaper. It proved to be an extra cost which was a shame as the property was good value for money in its own right (rent wise). Parking costs are even more important as Bristol now has a clean air zone with a £9 a day charge if you decide to use your car! You pay either way!

I was wary before my stay, as I'd never stayed in an Air BnB, Suite, or anything similar to this before, and my experince was limited to typical Hotels, but all my expectations were exceeded. Not only was my stay comfortable and spacious, but it's inspired us to want to stay in similar places in the future, especially this venue in particular, and for a longer period of time, should we find ourselves in Bristol again.

My only complaint is that I didn't choose to stay longer!

Easy location and clear instructions on how to get in. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. I am impressed with the full kitchen facilities. Great location. I'll definitely recommend it.

Well, my flat was on the ground floor, close to the pedestrian street, so I didn't feel comfortable opening my curtain. It would be lovely to have some plants in the balcony to provide some coverage.

centrally located.

There was no clear signs where the lift was. I ended up walking up many flights of stairs due to there not being a sign indicating where the lift was - and I have significant back injuries due to military service. I asked the staff at least twice to post a sign indicating where the lift was - they said they would. Nothing happened in the 3 days we were there. Clearly they don’t care.

Great location for exploring Bristol. Kitchen very well equipped for us making breakfasts and the other meals we didn’t go out for. It was also great to have the washing machine, as we’d stayed for 3 nights away from home already before we got to Bristol. The staff in the reception were lovely. It was also nice that it was so easy to continue with recycling whilst away from home. Thank you for everything.

Nothing that we noticed.

spacious living room area and bedrooms (8 adults in 2 apartments), v. comfy beds, place had everything we needed for the night, Tesco express v close so brekky in the kitchen was easy to sort, street is a bit noisy in the morning but that's due to the central location and not a problem, easy to find parking nearby, would def book again

nothing really, it is good value and useful accommodation, rooms a bit warm but there was a fan in the cupboard if needed

Cozy and had all I needed for my stay. I’d recommend it.

Staff: One night the access wasn’t letting me in and I called the emergency number, a guy (who was clearly sleeping) responded and then hung up without assistance; thankfully I was able to get in after a couple more attempts. Regarding the apartment: The floor is noisy when you walk.
