My favourite place to be. Love the chalet so much room. Close to the beach. Bus ride to Weston-super-Mare is right outside and lovely scenic route. Love that you can get food from the take out cafe on site & take it into the club house to eat. Bingo great.The new out side area is stunning with heaters & TVs to watch the sport..perfect. I just love it here. Won't go anywhere else.

The only downsides for me is the bathroom on the small side but that's just a personal preference. I think a bottle of wine is way over priced. Nice Rose Wine but £21 a bottle is a bit steep for a bottle with 10% abv. Would have been nice to have a bar menu on the table for ppl who don't go to the bar to see what drinks are actually available & prices. The entertainment team I applaud 👏 not an easy job when not many kids in but they did a great job especially kieran, funny entertaining. It is just a shame that people leave straight after the bingo so the room is empty.

The staff were amazing, Kieron gave 110% to his job. Meg and Damon were really friendly too. Couldn't fault the entertainment team. The lady with mid length blonde hair in the supermarket and prize redemption was really friendly and helpful. The swimming/adventure hunt/pedlerz/laser tag all were free which I thought was amazing and very easy booking system. Outdoor heated terrace great for when with the dog. Plenty of parking. Well stocked shop. I couldn't fault it. Extremely patient security. Did a great job with 2 drunken imbosiles xx

I have mobility issues and it looks like its quite close to the beach. It's through tiny nettled paths and up and over dunes. So drive up the road and walk straight on. Parents who don't keep an eye on babies/young children falling and tripping after repeated calls from staff to keep an eye on their children and keep them off the stage. When I say repeated I mean to the point they were nearly begging them! They are entertainment staff not babysitters! None of that is John Fowlers fault though.

The location was very good directly off a decent road and opposite the dunes and then the beach for walking. The shower water pressure was great. The beds were comfortable. Checking in was easy and staff responded quickly to queries.

The cold water tap were very old/awkward/broken in the kitchen, kettle and microwave were not great and around the skirting boards, shower, and corners in the bathroom the property is showing its age and is very worn out (quite cringey in places).

Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful, on-site shop was always well stocked with the essentials, food was very nice in the cafe , the app was also very good for booking activities and finding out any information.

The only problem we had was the shower in the chalet #1 the water went cold if you stayed in the shower to long also we traveled with my mum who is 78 and was unable to shower as she couldn’t climb over the bath to get in or out of the shower !

It was totally excellent, the cafe on site was clean, served excellent food and value for money. The staff were exemplary. The Chalet accommodation was good although my bedroom door has a problem as it kept lifting up on sliding it open or closed. The entertainment was great, however the venue was spoilt by other holiday parties pulling chairs out too far and sitting with their legs stretched out.One of my family in a wheelchair and on end of life care could not leave the table as other holiday makers had pushed her wheelchair out of reach to make themselves more comfortable.

I believe the security should have made sure the limited gangways should have been kept clear. And not tell me the wheelchair was blocking the gangway while I was waiting to be served. I walked out at that point with my family.

Clean park, nice staff, kids entertainers full of energy and great with the kids.

Beds were made up and a vacuum had been pushed around the caravan and sinks had a quick swill but it was dirty - much better after we cleaned it, bin dirty and smelled terrible but had a clean bin bag in it, we nearly put bin outside, kettle was playing up but eventually boiled, toilet flush push missing - family before us put a lid off a tube on flush to be able to use it. I had to steam microwave, quite bad inside with food stuck to it - all easy fixes, sorry have to be honest- the rest was ok .

It was lovely to arrive at the chalet to find it was lovely and clean and spacious. As we had 2 little ones with us it was very handy to be close to the swimming pool and play area. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the facilities were good.

It would be good if there was a walkway near the holiday park that could be used to access the beach with a pushchair. We had to walk a way up the road to be able to access the beach.

Thought I booked a caravan, was actually a chalet, and I was definitely not disappointed at that. Nicest chalet I've ever seen. Everything you need for self catering including a full size fridge freezer. It was even quite quiet for a chalet. Located walking distance to the centre of Brean, which is a super bonus with how dodgy parking is there, and short sand dunes walk to beach.So lovely tho, would definitely stay again!

Sandy Glade is a John Fowler caravan park. Chalet was clean, comfortable, well equipped and bigger than some we have stopped in previously. Full sized fridge and separate full sized freezer. Nice plump pillows and bed was comfy. Had an issue with the TV remote and they came within 5 minutes and sorted it. Swimming pool was good and there was a sauna you booked through the app which you download but this was very simple to do, it gives you a list of hourly slots 40 spaces each but it says like 9.00 10.00 38 spaces so you can choose what's the best time for you . There is also useful information about the site on there too like opening times etc. Park overall was clean. Nice entertainment room, park area and small shop reasonably priced and the takeaway too. We had brought some food from the Tesco that you pass going to the site but we did buy garlic cheesy chips from takeaway they cost £6 but we had enough for the 2 of us and they were really nice. Weather stayed dry and we had a lovely walk down the beach which is across the road from the site. Short walk along the road to Brean itself.

The new heated outdoor sitting area. We booked 11th March Monday 4 nights. One night Wednesday entertainment Katy on Sax very good enjoyed. Apart from that Bingo and loud young people music. But I loved my stay been many times Sandy Glade.

Nothing really up graded the night before we arrived and staff very helpful gave us a lovely caravan 345 hope we get it again next time we book and we will.
