I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Whilst it isn't all modern it is very comfortable and clean and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Staff are friendly and helpful whilst housekeeping staff were equally friendly. There was an issue where I had booked single room bed and breakfast but the hotel contacted me shortly after booking to advise that they did not serve breakfast during some winter months and offered me the choice of a full refund or proceeding with the booking on a room only basis. I was very happy to do the latter. The hotel upgraded me to a large double room with a kitchenette which also had an excellent sea view overlooking the pier which was very generous of them in the circumstances and greatly appreciated on my limited budget. They even provided fresh milk, orange juice and a selection of cereals and fresh fruit in my room upon arrival. The hotel is ideally located for the seafront, pier, town, shopping mall and buses and easy walking distance to the train station. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

Had an amazing view of the pier. Room clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast good value for money and very tasty.

Everything was absolutely fine except would be nice if a hairdryer was available for washing one’s hair.

Location on sea front excellent Room was fine but a little bit small Dining room was bright and airy and staff were friendly and welcoming Full breakfast was excellent with excellent choice served by friendly chef Continental breakfast was more limited with no choice on prepared fruit

Evening meal was not available to bed and breakfast customers. Choice of local restaurants was good but it would have been nice to eat in on an odd night particularly if weather ha been less pleasant Car parking was to pay for at multi story to the rear of the hotel

I stayed here with my daughter for 2 nights and we were early to check in but the receptionist was kind enough to allow us to check in early. The whole building is just beautiful lots of wood and very welcoming. There are little gifts they sell.in the reception area also 2 lifts to take you to your floor. There is entertainment food and across the road is the beach. This was definitely one of the most loveliest hotels I have stayed at; I am looking forward to returning with all my family next time. Our room was well lit modern and very comfortable beds. In the room you had the standard drinks such as coffee and tea; towels; soap. We had an amazing view of the beach so we got to see some seagulls up close. Going back downstairs there is a lobby area for you to park your mobility scooter. Both me and my daughter loved it. It just felt like home. Thank you for making our stay so amazing. Absolutely 10 out of 10. All the staff were helpful; friendly and so kind.

On my arrival the receptionist Leah.. Was warm, friendly & kind. As it wasn't busy, even half full.. Off her own back She offered me an upgrade to a double room. That was very considerate of her, on behalf of the owners, extending both good will & future rebooking.

Old buildings clearly need regular maintenance. Water sewage system issue. Needs exploring from room 204. Regretably due to weather, quiet period, the restaurant was not available as not enough business. Would be an idea to make complimentary breakfast available regardless of price paid. That does go down well with Brits. It is most likely going to encourage re bookings, loyal returnees.

Love the little kettle and coffee/tea trey they leave you for the morning after very nice of them! The service from the staff was of a professional standard and quite friendly so no complaints there, incredibly close to the pier and seafront not far to go to keep the little ones entertained or take your partner for a walk down the coast. Overall, I would most definitely return to the Sandringham

I wasn't overly happy with the bed it was springy and I would've expected a proper mattress at £60 quid a night but overall I wasn't too displeased, could do with putting up some posters for the wifi password and network so customers can sort out their tech ie. Laptops phones for work or leisure without hassling staff or wandering around trying to find a member of staff to tell them the info

Superb breakfast, freshly cooked and served hot! A good selection of continental and cooked breakfast every day. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Receptionist very good and dealt with elderly people with mobility issues very kindly.

Mattress in room was obviously old and would be better replaced! A lot of the shops in the Sovereign Centre and the High Street were closed.

The room was fine, partial sea view. Quiet, despite there being a large coach party there who had evening entertainment. The shower was good, but had a curtain, which isn't ideal, but good value for money. However, the price kept changing while I was in the process of booking. We didn't have breakfast (partly as this was quite expensive - around £12?). Need to look around for convenient parking. People need to be careful of the sinking mud on the beach from about halfway level with the pier.

Wifi was difficult in the room. Had to go to reception to get a signal.

The Hotel was good value for money.Although everything was basic,it was clean and tidy. All members of staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough to help us.The breakfast was spot on there was plenty of choice. We didn't have the evening meal but talking to ppl that had they said it was good.

The hotel is not completely disabled friendly with some of floors having steps on them,However from some rooms you could get access to lifts without using steps.I would suggest asking about wheelchair access when booking.

Breakfast was excellent! Really pleased with how clean all toilet facilities were. Definitely value for money and I would stay again.

The room was extremely cold when we went in, seeing the hotel was notified the expected time of our arrival it would have been wonderful to have had the heating on. We do realise that it's not economical to be left on unattended but when they know someone is using the room perhaps it would be a lovely gesture and I know it would be appreciated by the guests.
