Fantastic location right on the seafront. We stayed in Fisherman’s Cottage for two nights. It was surprisingly spacious and we loved the little courtyard with the table and chairs, and sat out with a coffee watching the world go by and looking at the sea. The cottage is over two floors with a small sitting room and kitchen downstairs and lovely big bedroom and huge bathroom upstairs. The bathroom had a bath as well as a separate large walk in shower. There was private parking for one car in a secure car park right outside the property. There were lots of bars and restaurants close by so lots of choice for places to eat.

Only one slight negative. The bathroom had a large skylight which was slightly domed and seemed to be made of Perspex rather than glass. On our second night it rained quite heavily and the noise of the rain hitting the skylight was so loud it woke us up. The bathroom leads directly off the bedroom, and even with the door closed it was still really noisy and impossible to go back to sleep until the rain stopped.

The location of the property is excellent, we were lucky enough to have the Knightstone appartment, and only had to walk out the front door open the gate cross the road and onto the beach. The view from the large livingroom window was amazing to people watch and also watch sunsets. This is the first time we have ever been self catering in weston, and being able to cook food and save money on eating out was a bonus, not sure the local restuarants would agree. The bed was very comfy and everything needed in the kitchen to make a meal.

There were a few issues on arrival nothing to make our stay any less enjoyable. There was only one light working in the bathroom but it had two, which made the bathroom a little dark. The shaving light over the sink also did not work. The kitchen was fully fitted which was great, but the door on the washing machine would not close properly. One of the blinds in the lounge would not open properly. The front door was a little tricky to lock with the dead lock, and this was only realised as the night latch did not feel secure on its own.

Sea- view with a safe car parking space, comfy clean bedrooms nice shower and a useable kitchen, with just enough equipment for 3 people. Great location close to nice restaurants and directly opposite the beach. Helpful welcoming staff

The living room has spectacular huge windows, but unfortunately they let in a lot of noise. We were there in great weather, I can imagine it’s both noisy and cold in the living room at other times

Good location and lovely interior.

No cleaning facilities, broom or vacuum. Window on the front (small bedroom) wouldn’t close fully so very noisy/ windy at night. Light switch to entrance light kept giving shocks every time we touched it. Not sure is the circuit is faulty and it makes a humming noise. Blinds aren’t healthy & safety secure for young children, strings weren’t secured to the wall and blind pull didn’t work on some of them.

The location was really good, on the promenade and parking behind the building. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms and was very comfortable. A good kitchen/living area. We stayed on a Sunday night so it was quiet. It was nice to have the garden furniture outside also. We ate dinner in the thatched cottage restaurant next door, it was very good.

The apartment didn't seem to supply any teabags, coffee or bottled water,so bring some if you like to have that.

The apartment was clean and tidy, location was perfect for access to local amenities and the beach. Furnishings were in good condition although a little mish mash in bedroom. Kitchen had everything needed including crockery cutlery etc. Bathroom was a good size and clean towels and toiletries including toilet rolls were provided. Clean towels were also dropped off 2 days later. Good service. Allotted secure parking available.

Temperature on the shower was difficult to maintain water far too hot. Hoover - we used the hoover to clean up some sand on the carpet but the smell from the hoover made us feel sick. Seemed that the bag maybe have not been changed for some time it was also dirty on the outside needed a good clean. Issue with the parking bays created blocking cars in so had to ask neighbour to come out and move their vehicle in order for us to get out. Another neighbour also had an issue when their parking space outside their building was taken by a relative of the business owner creating further issues . Clothing from previous customer stay left in wardrobe.

The apartment was perfect for us with my disability the ramp at the door made access easy. The apartment was clean and tidy with all we could have asked for. It was close to the beach. Had our own parking spot which was advantageous. We would highly recommend the place and would certainly return.

The one and only thing we could complain about was there was no way to clean up crumbs or sand which was brought in from the beach.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and professional! from check in to check out. The apartment is in such a prime position in the centre. walking distance to the town centre, sea front and the old pier. The apartment was amazing, clean, well presented and had everything we needed for the w/end. I can’t recommend these apartments more highly and will definitely be staying again in the future :)

Absolutely wonderful stay, this is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we won't ever stay anywhere else when we stay in Weston. The staff are just so lovely and welcoming in Smiths even knocking on our door to see if we needed anything when my son was unwell. The view incredible and the apartment just spotless and homely.

The stairs were a little dangerous in the apartment and the bath with shower head is no good if you have elderly people with you who struggle with baths
