A breakfast time was given but it wasn't required - I went down when I was ready.. I was even able to take my breakfast on the patio on one day. A member of staff on is on duty every night. There lift access to all floors. Entertainment of some variety is provided most evenings. The hotels proximity to the promenade, local shop cash point, friendly pub, theatre (recommended), piers and Weston town is amazing. Breakfast (lift accessible) - self serve cereal, toast etc then a good choice of hot food served at the table. I was even able to take my breakfast on the patio on one day. It was also good to know that there was a member of staff on duty at night. I had a large room, easily accessible from the lift. There was a good size double bed with a duvet, but no extra blanket. A tv (easy to use), kettle, plenty of tea/coffee and milk sachets. Sufficient clean towels were available. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. Milk/coffee & tea sachets and more (toilet rolls) could be collected from reception - or the newsagent/shop opposite. The hotels proximity to the promenade, local shop cash point, friendly pub. The promenade can be accessed via the ground floor restaurant avoiding the road. Do not go via this route if using mobility aids. Recommended with proviso's (see negative comment).

The hotel is great, however, for those with mobility issues may find getting to Weston town an issue as there is a good 20+ minute walk to get there. Although the staff work very hard to help visitors get around. The hotel does cater for the senior population on the whole, perhaps they could try to accommodate a variety of visitors, both young and old. The room was lovely but I would add that the proximity to the road, through no fault of the hotel, did cause some issues getting to sleep. Sadly Weston has an issue (as many places do) with road racers, and the noise they make did prevent me getting to sleep most nights. So pack ear plugs!!

Once inside, the staff greeting was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful in every way. The hotel was very well looked after and clean. Very good breakfast.

The location and the exterior of the hotel on arrival weren't good. There are a few derelict properties surrounding the hotel, and the exterior of the hotel could do with, let's say, a lick of paint. But having said that, I would stay again, as once inside the hotel, the staff are very friendly, accommodating and very clean. Oh, there are no shower gels, so make sure you have your own bathroom facilities.

Very friendly staff ..Good breakfast ..Nice & clean...would come back again .enjoyed it

Early checking in was told by hotel it was £10 PER PERSON which I thought was a bit excessive ......... ..extra £20 ..to book in a bit earlier after 1.00pm... I think it was . No where to put bath bags in bathroom shelf not big enough

Have to say reading previous reviews some felt the need to complain about how tired and dated the hotel was. Well all I can say we arrived at 11 and asked to leave our bag due to check in at 16.00 hrs...was told not a problem greeted with a smile. Checked in half an hour early. Lovely spacious clean room with amazing sea view. Many hotels are tired and dated but the most important part for us is cleanliness...this hotel definitely had this. Great location quiet and right by the sea wall and new swimming lake. Great coffee shop down rear steps. Lovely adequate breakfast this morning. Would definitely stay again Lovely weekend break.

location is a bit secluded but that’s what makes it more peaceful. there is a little pub to side of hotel that sells food if you don’t want to walk into town and a Chinese and a local shop opposite the hotel. The food in the hotel is very nice and cater for gluten free which is a bonus. breakfast has a very good selection. staff very friendly and helpful and always happy and smiling. staff at front desk are wonderful and very welcoming. always got some sort of entertainment on. bingo every night. singer or quiz night etc. stayed in sea view room was nice and clean and lovely view watching the tide come and in and out. bed was comfy. stayed a few times and will definitely stay again.

parking is on street outside hotel it’s free but it’s just finding a place. might have to wait a bit for someone to move. not the hotel or staffs fault.

The rooms were spotless, the staff at reception were amazing. Breakfast was good. The hotel seemingly having its own little beach was lovely and outside terraces with food and Ice Cream, hot drinks etc (independent of hotel)

Only problem was the walls and ceiling’s were a bit thin so had a very disturbed night with the revellers and they weren’t 20 something either. Not the hotels fault.

The Customer service was Exceptional (Jan). Lovely Breakfast, comfy bed; Nice Bathroom. Drink prices reasonable. Staff very attentive and helpful.

Very old fashioned decor. I did not get much sleep due to another guest above me. However for an extra ten pounds the hotel said I could have the room until 2pm, so that I could get some more sleep as I had to travel by train back home, I thought this was a good price.

great older property.. nice and comfortable.. out of town along the seafront… so a lovely walk in .. definitely have a sea view room and listen to the sea with no traffic noise… it’s not the premier inn .. it’s a good old fashioned English seaside hotel. staff were nice and friendly.

nothing.

The reception staff were fantastic. Polite and helpful. Lovely beds, clean rooms, near to the beach. The views were amazing and we loved the walkway to the rear of the hotel.

The breakfast was disappointing. Our table was not ready and there were several tables that hadn't been closed. We received our toast before we had plates, cutlery or butter etc. The coffee came when we had no cups and was cold when our cups eventually came. We had to ask for a new pot. The staff were very young and perhaps a bit more training would be helpful. We do know that the hotel was very busy though.
