Breakfast was excellent, very good quality of produce and plenty of variety. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Location of property could not have been better. Shower cubicle and room spacious.

We requested a sea view room however our room overlooked the the wheelie bin area which unfortunately attracted early morning seagulls. On arrival we were unable to operate the shower, maintenance kindly explained the workings however I did not have the hand strength to move the lever, my husband had to turn the shower on and off for me.

Everything. Room was plenty big enough with all facilities available. Clean and tidy. Breakfasts were amazing and the manager was a great guy who couldn’t do enough to make us welcome and enjoy our stay. In fact , we had to book an extra night as our car broke down and they accommodated us straight away. Then the next morning the same guy got us a taxi sorted to fetch the car from local repair garage. Would have no hesitation in booking here again and would very highly recommend this hotel. Fabulous cooked breakfast and unlimited cereal, toast hot and cold drinks. Good atmosphere amongst guests. 5 mins walk to South beach so no dogs! Staff made sure we had everything we needed and much appreciated the free upgrade😃. Lovely walks along the beach in the evening and chilling out in beach in the daytime. Town centre just around the corner with lovely parks and places to sit and relax. Reception happy to book taxis and mobility scooters. 🏖️⛱️

Struggled with the stairs into the hotel but being placed on ground floor near reception and breakfast area which made a huge difference.😃

the staff so friendly, the food was amazing as we stayed in hotel for food in the evening and the breakfast set up was good, the room was lovely and tidy blinds was ok after the lady came to fix them to pull them down but a nice black out curtain would be nice for the room too and a look-able window due to children wanting to look out the window but couldn’t because the window wasn’t locked. would definitely stay here again loved every second there!

Location central to everything. Parking available behind hotel. £10 per overnight stay. Stayed in room 103 which was spacious and light. Beds comfortable with a lovely see view. Shower room with toilet was clean with some nice toiletries available. Also a welcome addition was a stand alone fan. Breakfast was tasty with a selection of cereal, tea, coffee and juice and an option to have a full cooked breakfast.

Room 103 is directly over the bar area. Can be very loud late into the night especially if you have the windows open for breeze. But overall a good two night stay.

Great location on the sea front, we had a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the sea. The staff were excellent and very friendly, we had an evening meal at the hotel, the kitchen was just closing as we arrived back, but they took our order and cooked our meal, the food was fantastic. Breakfast next morning was also excellent. A fantastic hotel and all staff members were very professional and very friendly.

No car parking at the hotel but there is a shopping centre at the back of the hotel with secure overnight parking

Great central, seafront location. Easily accessable to local carparks and very near the Grand Pier and other amenities. The hotel had a lift to all floors making it really accessable to most people however there were a few steps into the hotel to begin with. The hotel also has a good, reasonably priced daytime menu in their outdoor eating area with a good bar/cocktail menu which is open to non patrons which was well supported Reasonable sized room with comfotable bed. Our room had a basic ensuit with shower and was adequate. We had a sea view. Good check in and out times we didnt feel rushed to have breakfast and leave. The breakfast was good, a decent choice on offer. We will definatly book again and look forward another visit.

If i were to be really critical it would be to have had the plates warmed well at breakfast which is really a small matter and one of personal preference. Otherwise a good value break.

first time here, good views of sea ..bought king suite but not great windows ...but room was large.

not much water pressure in the shower , the kettle had to be put on floor near to wall socket to boil as the flex wasn't long enough lol and window to front sea view was fixed ( not able to open ) ... little things that made me think the king suite pricing too high for what it was.

Great location. Lovely food, breakfast was good and evening meal was top class with plenty to choose from. Very friendly and helpful staff. The entire hotel was spotless. Good sized bathroom.

Rooms are a little tired with very much snatched furniture. Tiny tv positioned in a place impossible to see from one side of the bed.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were always pleasant and made us feel relaxed. The location is excellent very close the to the town, restaurants and the sea.

The decor is a little tired but the place as really clean. After the pandemic one can't expect hotels to be re-fitted when they are still recovering.
