Excellent location. Good sized apartment. Comfortable bed. Microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher. Hanging space (in main room not bedroom). Very quiet except for the occasional seagull outside the window. Apologies for the photos as they were screenshots taken from a video.

No iron/ironing board. I did request one after arriving but the initial email was returned as I had not communicated before. I resent it. The owner did respond a day later and said someone would drop them off - which they did but I had already gone out and bought a travel iron as I needed it that day before going out. Some maintenance was carried out - I could tell as an adjustable spanner was left behind on the coffee table and the missing panels beneath the shower tray had been fitted - without informing me and it wasn't cleaned up particularly well... no vacuum cleaner used as I could feel and see small particles on the bathroom floor. A more informative description of the main entrance location would have been helpful as it is through an archway and obscured by greenery.

Beautiful property, huge bedrooms, gorgeous features, lovely bathrooms and enormous comfy beds! Available parking accessible and close to the property and very good location in the city centre close to amenities but still quiet. I was only sorry we were staying here to go out as I'd have loved to have spent more time in the property.

The main bedroom had a stunning sky light which was a gorgeous feature and I loved it, however as a light sleeper this meant I woke up very early in the morning. A blind would make this perfect

Good location within the centre of Exeter and a short walk to the Quay and other local sites. Off street parking on site was good. Reasonable size apartment with washing machine and oven and kitchen stuff to do basic meals if you don't want to eat out. Easy walk to M&S and other supermarkets to get self catering food.

Had a problem with the initial apartment allocated but was quickly sorted by the manager to find us an alternative space, so all ended well.

Great appartements (got to see two, equally nice in sizes and comfort). The host was really helpful and accomodating, nicely decorated, comfortable and modern, the big plus is the washer/dryer when you've been around for a few days and the complex is really close to city center and the cathedral.

The street is a little dark and access to the building can be difficult at night because of the poor lighting in the courtyard but otherwise very quiet and safe.

The bed was comfy. And the living room felt very homely. It was a really nice stay, and everything was very clean. It was great to have some plates and cooking stuff as well as I hadn't bought any of that with me.

The shower was slightly odd, but other than that everything was great. The thermostat was also a bit temperamental and the apartment ran slightly cold. But other than that, everything was great.

Great size bedroom, nicely decorated bathroom (but did have some issues with shower head and shower taps) living room nice size Location was good, 3 minutes walk to town centre.

Needs new shower head attachment as shower head wouldn’t stay up right, also temperature control head came off in my hand The bathroom itself was great

Perfect central location with parking. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need including a lovely view and a landlord who is helpful and responsive.

Nothing to dislike. It’s a lovely older building so there are some quirks (the windows need to be propped to keep them open) and as we had a top floor apartment there are stairs (hence the lovely view).

The place was immaculately clean and we were given so many different resources to use with such a lovely, clean establishment to enjoy them in. We really appreciated it being close to the town centre and how easy it was to access our apartment with no hassle of checking in at a desk or struggle to find the property.

clean, modern and quiet at night, perfect for staying for a week or a weekend in Exeter. kitchen has all the facilities you need from washing machine to fridge as well as all the utensils you need to cook a meal which was great. Mattress is comfy and bed is large enough for 2 people, location is very close to the city centre. Deffo worth a stay!

Stayed in two different rooms, for 2 stays. ground floor room - difficult to open up blinds as everyone can see inside the room otherwise no problems with this apartment.

Very clean. In centre of Exeter but tucked away from busy street. Perfect for little family with kitchen and laundry. Bed is big and comfortable!

Just very minor problems. A couple of things were broken, shower drainage is not great. Sofa bed mechanism is slightly broken.
