Food in the bar was very nice, and priced the same as other locations in the area. Bar was also reasonable price. Room was better than expected from the pictures. Beds comfy, with the room and linen all clean.

Not much to complain about. Location is 20 mins from fort william/ ben nevis so consider that when booking. No breakfast option available. The hotel is basic so if you are fussy then probably not for you. Overall great place to stay and would return in the future.

The hotel was the perfect stop on the way from Edinburgh to Skye. Communication with the property was great as we had a few questions before our stay. The bedroom was ideal for us and our dog. It was very clean, there was very comfy bed with a big TV and a good sized bathroom. The room was lovely and warm when we arrived and the shower was great in the morning. The complimentary breakfast was great with fresh coffee to set us up for the day. would definitely stay again.

when I booked it said 218 quid but when got there was charged 268 luckily had enough money to pay it but all in all had a great time rooms where clean and bar had plenty to choose from we didn’t eat there as had a barbecue at the fishing but food looked great and plenty locals were in for food the meals served looked fantastic

We were greeted at 5.00, shown to our room and had the heating etc explained. Our evening meal was great, the manager and barman very friendly.

I had read reviews from unhappy customers but we had no complaints and found Roy Bridge quiet, and a perfect place to stay.

The outside apartment was clean and tidy with comfortable beds . The shower was good with a large bathroom. We were on holiday with our dogs traveling around the area using the location as a base. The above location suited our requirements. Friendly staff and enjoyable chat are the end of the day in the bar nurturing a decent dram.😀

Staff were very friendly and the food was TERRIFIC! Beds were very comfortable and the room was large. Views were spectacular.

Water pressure wasn’t very good, and the toilet sometimes wouldn’t flush. Location was a little out of the way for a hotel advertised as “in Fort William” but that may be more the internet’s fault than the hotel. A little pricey.

Clean but slightly dated furnishings.Deep pile carpeting throughout. Really nice mattresses and comfortable to sleep in. Shower functional and warm. Concertina door on shower was quite sticky to open and close. We ordered breakfast on arrival (12.95 for small Scottish breakfast) and ordered it for an allotted time of 9am. Check out is with key drop as rooms are cleared by 10. The place runs on a small team under corona restrictions and I think they work hard to maintain a clean and tidy ship. Breakfast is served in the pub restaurant and is tasty.

The door on the shower was difficult for my mother in law to open and shut and meant that she was worried about closing it fully and getting trapped inside.

It was a very nice room and was very clean and met all that I was looking for.

The Heater in the Bathroom was not working and it was very cold especially when you come out of the shower.

super room. better than expected. great welcome and food was fantastic. wee treat for our dog was a lovely touch.

not owners fault, but our room was off car park. noise through the night kept waking up our dog, whose first night this was in a hotel ( or anywhere away from home). plus side was easy access to outdoors.

Really easy check in and check out that was appreciated after a long day! The food in the evening was amazing, and the bar is well stocked with local tipples. The staff were fab and really accommodating. No issues with our dog being there, they reserved us a table for us in the evening and no request was too small.

Breakfast options are limited as it’s ‘one size fits all’ which didn’t work for us. But it wasn’t a problem as we went to a local cafe instead down the road that was also fab.
