Plenty breakfast every morning Friendly and welcoming staff members, especially the lady with red hair who greeted us every morning for our breakfast with a big smile. Richard, Laura and Mary were lovely staff members and an asset to your team! Our hairdryer in the room did not work and reception happily provided and replaced this with a brand new one Cleaning staff were very good and helpful. Lovely warm heater in the room near the sofa which kept us cosy in the evenings Free car park Located in a good area to surrounding amenities Late night food orders from the hotel were very much appreciated, especially as our phone was not working so one of your staff members delivered it to our room on a tray! Thank you.

Snacks too expensive and it wasn’t very clear that hot drinks were available 24/7. No signal in the room unless you were pressed against the window Tv lost signal and a lot of the tv channels did not work due to this No overhead lighting for the room and the bedside lamps are too bright so they dazzle you Towel hooks in bathroom located in a non-functional area as the tissue box is right underneath it so it made them damp No plug socket near the bed Bathroom ideally needed a deep clean.

Our check in was great and the lady (Valentina I think) was warm friendly and really insightful to guide us for our trip to inverness and loch ness. Rooms are really spacious, and amenities are good. Great warming. Free parking too !

We had a staff at the front desk who wasn't very friendly and made faces. I dont remember her name, unfortunately. But it made me refrain from approaching the desk. The location is outside the town, so it's a great place for stopover, but not if you want to explore the town, and will be really difficult to travel if you don't have your own car or mode of transport sorted.

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast The staff were very helpful. Gregory was particularly helpful when we arrived. There was a nice atmosphere in the breakfast room when you came back in the evening. Families were sitting around eating, drinking and playing games. Residents can buy food in the evening and drink from the bar. There was a range of restaurants on the retail park which is in walking distance. The Snow Goose pub is right next door and we had a good meal here. The hotel is in a good place to access many attractions in or near Inverness we went to The Loch Ness Centre, Culloden Battlefied, Fort George and walked across the islands in the river Ness.

There wasn’t any jam for breakfast. The room could have brighter lights , it was rather dull.

Was greated with a very warm welcome and with respect. The staff was amazing and the room was perfect for our stay. The room was a bit on the small side being I had a power chair but we made it work and only stayed for 1 night so wasn't so was acceptable. Albeit the mattress was a bit on the soft side, I did manage to get to sleep. The room was very clean and tidy. The courtesy teas and coffees where amazing and the breakfast was brilliant. Check out was quick and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. You feel spoiled. I can't wait to spend another night there. Thank you again for a very pleasant experience 😊

I cannot think of anything.

Our rooms were not near together but it was more important that my disabled husband had a walk in shower, which we were given. Bed was comfortable, room & bathroom had everything we needed. Liked tea & coffee etc being available 24/7 even though we had a kettle in our room. Breakfast was good, Hot dishes brought out fresh & topped up as required. Richard in the dining room was very helpful & even came to tell us when self service restaurant was about to end the self service breakfast.

Evening menu was limited with a number of dishes sold out the day before but there was a Vintage Inn next door where we had a good meal but very slow service & 55 minute wait for our food.

Staff all very welcoming , helpful and friendly , request for room in quiet position was fulfilled . Relaxed atmosphere throughout hotel , all areas kept clean and fresh . Complimentary hot drinks in lounge area. Excellent buffet breakfast with attentive staff members topping up and clearing tables promptly Room was good value at the reduced rate paid Convenient quieter out of town location with adequate parking available

Bed was not very comfortable , would prefer kingsize option Small lift . Lack of power /usb points in room Rooms are quite basic and even with breakfast included would not have rated it good value at full price.

The room, the bed and the breakfast were all top class.

I did not like arriving there to discover that they do not accept cash. That is a point which is not highlighted sufficiently on the booking sight, it should be in large bold red writing. Arriving at your hotel at 19H30 in a foreign country and discovering that you can't pay for your hotel room and you may now have to head off back into the night, with no cell phone or internet facilities, and find another hotel, is enough to ruin anybody's trip. We were so fortunate that someone in our group had a card, which they were prepared to use, otherwise we would have been forced to leave,

The things I liked about the property was it was very welcoming, rooms very clean it has everything you need, breakfast was lovely. A special thanks to Laura for taking time to help me with my failing navigation skills, as I would normally stay in the city centre. Hopefully be back in the future thanks to all for a pleasant stay.

My only minor complaint was there was not enough evening meal choice, as its New Year, furthermore if I knew there was a microwave available I probably would’ve used that, given there was no barcode in my room I was unsure of times for meals etc my advice is ask for barcode.

Good price for 1 nights stay including breakfast, as other places in Inverness were more expensive and had to pay extra for breakfast. Plenty parking, easy check in. Friendly staff. Instead of driving to go out into city centre for dinner, could park up for the night, relax as 2 minute walk across from Holiday Inn is small pub to book a table for evening meal. It is best to book as always busy. Comfortable bed, had a good nights sleep. Excellent breakfast, hot, continental, tea, coffee, toast help your self buffet to set us up for the days travelling ahead. This is why we stay here as not out first stay at this Holiday Inn.

Lovely breakfast. Good quality food and beverages. Quiet dining area without clattering and raised voices. Very pleasant. Loved the use of Dove products in the bathrooms, would have liked a small hand moisturiser but thats being picky.

Silly little annoyance, the bathroom bin! A silly little peddle bin too small to use the peddle and it scoots all over the floor. The other silly one is the tiny thin loo paper.
