I liked the hotel, the room the facilities ie swimming pool, sauna, steamroom etc. The jacuzzi was out of use. The receptionists were lovely. Including the locker room attended lady.. Very helpful. The bar was good, they also had a fridge where you could buy your own drinks in out of hrs and tte food was lovely.
The attitude of one staff member in the dining room who asked me on my last day whether I had been seen by the receptionist. Why did she singled me out & not others?. If she had any issues she should have gone to ask the receptionist herself if I had paid for my breakfast. My breakfast was included in my booking/ stay. All the others were very welcoming. Was it because I am a black woman? Why didn't she ask my partner as well who was a white Scotish man?.

room and bed were great. Good space and everything included. Lots of good information. Discounts were also good. Leisure facilities were excellent.
Bathroom floor dangerous when wet. Mat should be supplied immediately. Door was also uneven at bottom with a piece of wood around the door handle. Reception staff should be more professional on arrival. location was not what was expected surrounded by roads on both sides No available space to sit outside. Meal was adequate. Breakfast area was not clear on entry with no staff available to assist with "where to sit" or how to use toast machine/coffee tea machine. I had to ask another customer how to access hot water for tea.

Breakfast was great lots of choice from a cooked breakfast to pastries also a good selection of Gluten Free . Room was a good size . Nice to have a fridge in the room. Ate in the bar twice during our stay food was lovely and Caitlyn and Jordan working the bar were friendly and polite . Although during our short stay we didn't use it there is a pool , jacuzzi and sauna . A little welcoming gift was such a lovely thought .Would definitely recommend this hotel for location , value for money and Good food .
Considering we are in the heart of Scotland I was looking forward to Tattie scones with the cooked breakfast. Also nothing added on to the menu for Burns Night but a special for Chinese New Year !

They gave us drinks vouchers and a nessie fridge magnet in a welcome goody bag pack in the room along with a stick of rock, cute! We forgot to use our drinks voucher and we asked if we can use them on the hot drink machine which they were just closing up for breakfast, they said yes and my daughter started eyeing the croissants and the manager said we can take some with us, this made my daughter so happy! The staff at reception was also friendly and very informative on where to visit, even got a booklet for free on the different sites, made by the receptionist! Room was nice and warm too considering it was snowy out! Location is great, we had a car, I recommend getting a car, but if it were summer I'd suggest it's quite easy by bike.
The pool was quite busy but overhearing locals it sounds like I just came on a busier day!

I liked that the hotel had a modern feel to it and that it was very comfortable and clean. The bed was absolutely perfect for a comfortable and cosy stay. The staff were very friendly from the moment we checked in and I really enjoyed the fact that we were given a lovely gift bag in our room with souvenirs and snacks in it. I was delighted with the free leisure facilities as well! Very relaxing and much needed after a long day travelling. I liked the range of facilities provided in the room as well as the cleanliness of the bathroom. Also; the room was very reasonably priced which was a massive bonus for us.
There was a used towel in the bathroom when we checked in and some discolouration to the tap area in the bath but generally very very happy

The welcome bag of treats and vouchers was a nice touch. Lovely room and the sitting room area was great. Nice big comfy bed. Food in the bar restaurant was lovely as was the breakfast.
Service in the bar restaurant was pretty poor, staff need to be more attentive to customers. For example waitress came to table and asked if we were having something to eat, which we said yes, she didn't return with menu, had to ask for them after a prolonged wait. Waited ages to be served/order taken and eventually had to flag a waitress over. Waitress asked if I wanted a receipt when paying for our meal and drinks, which I am still waiting for 😉 (she didn't return to our table). I am a pretty easy going person, but the culmination of poor service really ticked me off 🤨

Frankly I was blown away by the standard of room for the price. The staff are really courteous and helpful with a smile on their face and seem to be very happy in their job. Breakfast is the best I've had in Inverness and as it is available for non-residents, I shall breakfast there whenever I come into town early - which I do quite often. On the night I stayed, I found a little bag of extra goodies in my room; apparently they pick 2 rooms every night to give this to and I was a lucky winner. What an unexpected and lovely touch - even though I don't drink IrnBru!! Overall I am very impressed and will be staying there whenever I need a bed for the night in Inverness

Soon as arrived staff were friendly and inviting. Kids had a wee gift bag on arrival in the room which was a nice touch. Room was clean and decent size for 3 of us. (1 adult 2 children). Restaurant staff were fabulous and food was very good and prices reasonable too. Also wee token gestures of free drink for us all and 10% off bill was welcomed. Swimming pool was great and again staff member was brilliant. Kids and I really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay again and recommended to others.
Only thing was the shower. I’m not a fan of the shower heads stuck on the wall but that’s just personal preference.

Staff were all really friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. Sorry I didn't get your name but you had cool colored hair she was so helpful, great job 😀 , food was well presented and good choice , the pool was brilliant too was nice to relax in there after the long day.
Every thing was perfect just the bedroom cleaning let it down a tad , glasses were sticky and cups dirty/ stained , we mentioned to reception who was more than happy to help, the cleaners came in the next day put new towels in but didn't clean any thing just represented the same cups neatly lol , oh well perfect stay any ways

Lots of parking was good. Reception area and bar were nice and comfy. Breakfast room was large and airy. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice of hot and cold food. Staff eager to please and helpful. We ate twice in the evening in the bar and the food was good again the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfy. Liked that the windows opened for fresh air. Shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. Didn't have our dog with us on this occasion but it's a bonus that they are dog friendly.
The room was quite small and didn't have enough storage space for clothes etc. Hotels in Inverness are too expensive and this one was no exception. The room keycard stopped working on 4 occasions annoying having to keep going to reception to have it reset.
