Everything! Beautifully situated, obviously whoever tended the grounds has vision, a wymsical and fun place to be. Room (very comfortable bed) and bathroom takes it further- door stop! Breakfast served by Natalie the lovely owner was tasty and plentiful. The only downside was we only stayed one night. The photographs don't do the place justice, I'm almost reluctant to reveal what a thoroughly enjoyable stay my wife (Her hubby writing this) and I had, as we will definitely come again and don't want it fully booked.
We only stayed one night, wish it had been longer.

very clean, warm and comfortable, beds and shower fantastic! absolutely amazing breakfast with lots of choices and good quality ingrediants. Natalie (host) was so friendly and helpful. came with my friend and a whole room to ourselves and ensuit shower was only 10 pounds more than a hostel in Fort augustus, so couldn't believe how good value it was for the luxury stay we had! Nice little touches like galaxy hot chocolate and cupcakes In room were lovely aswell.
nothing, will be recommending this to anyone going to fort augustus. superb!

Amazing lodging in a secluded whimsical fairy like picturesque garden setting. The proprietors Natalie and Mark couldn’t have been nicer. The location is about a mile from the locks at Fort Augustus but well worth the walk. After a very long day of hiking and quite hungry we were so happy to have arrived. Natalie was so ingratiating as she pulled together an impromptu healthy lunch of soup and salad. Since my daughter was a bit under the weather we also benefited by a very tasty dinner offering too. Our room was bright and cheery and most comfortable enabling a restful sleep. We additionally benefited from laundry services and a breakfast selection that was scrumptious. I travel quite a bit and must say this accommodation and service was one of the best experiences I have ever received from a B & B lodging.

Natalie and Mark were fantastic hosts; warm, welcoming, and kind. The room was spacious and spotless with the en-suite featuring a gorgeous shower which was a perfect way to both warm and relax after a blowy trip seeing Nessie out on the loch. Breakfast was to die for and we frequently overendulged. The selection on offer catered for all tastes and appetites; we never left in the morning feeling hungry or disappointed. The location is pretty much perfect - we spent 4.days on the loch, at Inverness, at Ben Nevis, Fort William and over towards Oban. Depending on how much you like driving there is loads to see and the Kettle House made a fantastic starting point for every day's adventures. We would definitely recommend this and look forward to coming back when we can get a week away in the future.
We had to go home! 😢

The location is fantastic. So quiet . The room was lovely. It had tea and coffee making facilities. Proper milk in a little fridge. The lights above the bed were great. Breakfast was amazing. Natalie was very friendly and so helpful.
The only down side was that the shower tray was quiet slippery. I had to sit down on the floor to take my shower. The bed was a bit squeaky when you moved in the night so it woke you up.

Everything was superb. We were on an extended motorcycle tour of Scotland and good accommodation is needed and appreciated when you spend all day riding. Kettle House was exemplary in all respects and just a short walk alongside the Caledonian Canal side or by road to the centre of Fort Augustus. . A lovely, intriguing property with huge character and a landscaped and imagination-inspiring garden. In a word, stunning! Lovely comfortable room and bed with everything we needed. A small chiller / cooler for drinks and a good fan in the room were a real bonus (it had been 27 - 30 degrees for several days). Good wifi, great shower and very comfortable facilities. Nice hospitality tray (with lovely cupcakes on arrival). Breakfasts were superb and plentiful. Dining room gave a lovely outlook to the garden. Our hostess (Nathalie) was super and made us so welcome. We've stayed at hundreds of places over many years and everywhere has been of a nice standard but every so often there are really exceptional places and for so many reasons, this is one of them in our opinion.

Everything was perfect ! We had to check in late so we got to inaugurate the new locker system for our keys. Natalie was absolutely charming and kind. She called and sent us all the info we needed via texts. We were able to park the car on the property and checked in. The house is wonderful and on a quiet street right outside the lovely town of Fort Augustus. The room was nicely decorated and well laid out. Shower was great, hot water and good pressure. We ordered breakfast the night before (which turned out amazing!) and were pleasantly surprised by the view we got from the table on the garden. Check out was also quick and easy. By far the best accommodation we stayed at during our week in Scotland ! Thank you Natalie !
Not a thing !

The host had messaged us they cant provide a hot breakfast or we can cancel. I still decided to keep the booking and the host prepared a very good packed breakfast for us. The place is a few minutes from the caledonian canal area. There is parking in property, nice garden area, room is cozy and clean with anenities. There is sign on door that it is open so check in is easy.

On arrival I was welcomed with a friendly smile, my dog two felt most comfortable. During my stay nothing was to much trouble, you felt very much at home . Excellent breakfast, the room was of the highest quality, which met all my requirements. I have stayed many times before and will most certainly return. I can honestly say Kettle House is one of the highest quality bed and breakfast accommodation I have stayed in.

This was the crown jewel of all our stays in Scotland. Perfect house with just four rooms and a beautiful breakfast setting every morning. Natalie, the owner, greeted us every morning and brought us amazing breakfast. The place is dog friendly and it has a fabulous garden in front. The rooms are spacious enough, everything works perfectly.
