Simple hotel small rooms but we were out all day so it was ok for us family of four. We were in a room located not to main road so it was quiet. Very helpfull stuff - managed to gave us breakfast very early since we went out at 6AM befor breakfast began for a one day tour to Warner Bros Harry Potter studios. Great was also that the bar is open 24/7 so we enjoyed our late drinks after kids went to bed.

Disable paid parking Room size with children and double sofa bed dont leave any roam in room to walk. Shower only in the room (may be they do have tub bath also) price seems higher for what room size was allocated to family visit

it was closed to Excel, nice walk in the morning to get to the seminar at Excel.

We had to leave early morning and the staff made sure we can get coffee and something to eat for breakfast

Everything, The location is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the tube station. Fast food restaurant within a minutes walk(for those late night hunger pangs). The rooms are a good size, clean and very comfortable, a choice of pillows, everything you need and more. The staff are very warm and welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely want to ensure you are having a good stay. Fantastic breakfast options, hot or cold options, fresh good quality and plentiful. Great hot chocolate machine. Yeah and coffee in your room, can be replenished from reception as many times as your willing to go down. Overall, a perfect location, perfect staff, perfect stay for a trip to the O2 arena.

The housekeeping team were a little too eager! The room was spotless, however getting a wake up call when you hadn't asked for one from housekeeping asking if they could clean your room at 830 am on a Sunday morning was a little frustrating. And again the second we returned from breakfast being asked again was a little more annoying, especially when we still had two hours left before we were due to check out. We mentioned this at reception on check out, they were horrified and apologised saying they would talk to housekeeping to ensure this doesn't happen again.

We used rooms only for sleep over, good value for money, nice location 300m to undergorund (jubilee line), market across street, 2 zone, close to O2, breakfast included toast, crossan, eggs, ham, sousage, yogurt, fruits, marmelade, cornflakes (various), muffines, milk, coffee, juice. Room was cleaned every day, clean towels. Room had water-heater you could make yourself a coffee or tea. Good heating, nice lights, lift, nice sitting area, bar, friendly staff.

You could hear some noise from the street but only during day and after 7.00 in the morning, not to late in the night though. Additional bed could have better matrice.

No any cheese, olive, tomatoe, cucumber ... At breakfast. Everyday same menu, only scramled egg, bean, only park sausage and croissant and joghurt. There was a weird smell at bathroom No chance to close airconditioner, it was very noisy and it was working during whole night Room was a bit small, it would be best if can a bit more bigger. No slippery, No toothpaste at room

Location of the hotel is wonderful. It is very close to metro station. I selected this hotel, because it’s convenient for families, and during your stay breakfast is included. Staff at the reception, bar and breakfast hall is so friendly and helpful.

As a meat product there was pork and bacon at the breakfast, but not everybody eats pork. Instead of pork there can be products of beef, turkey and chicken. Imagine that you went somewhere and you were served dog meat and bats for breakfast, wouldn't it be very disgusting. Please put yourself in someone else's shoes, who doesn’t eat pork.

Room had a great bathroom with clean towels. Beds where comfortable. My daughter found sofa bed especially comfortable and slept well. Good variety at breakfast of hot and cold food however not so good for gluten free needs although they had a seperate toaster for the bread. Only one choice of bread for gluten free. Stay overall was good for our needs and one tube stop from ghe 02, with less crowds going in that direction after gig. Would stay again if price was cheaper for the night, but depends on time of year and what is going on around the areas close by. Staff were very helpful chatty and had knowledge of areas to visit and how to get there. Thank you for a nice stay.

Not much choice for gluten free and lacto free customers.

The hotel was relatively clean and tidy and new looking, staff were friendly and helpful for us. Pricing at the bar was pretty reasonable considering it’s a hotel and in London so we were pleasantly surprised. very convenient for the tube especially as we were going to an event at the O2, just one stop away.

can’t really fault anything, the only thing that was annoying in the room was the fact the TV was set for deaf/hard of hearing so it had a constant print out of what was being said on screen at the bottom of the picture which we were unable to switch off, it was as if it has been preset by the hotel. Anyway, that shows you we didn’t really have anything to complain about personally, we had a good stay

Room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Even had gluten free bread which was perfect for me. The staff were very useful and even told us which lift to take to be closest to our room which was nice after a long day of travelling! There's a sainsburys literally across the street and many restaurants as well as their own. 24 hour bar too. Will book again

This isn't their fault but there's a bit of plane noise and rukus during the night. Would be a nice disclaimer as loud plane noises scare me quite a bit
