Rambling old pub, very nicely done up, spotlessly clean and nice people. Super convenient location on the road East

Little things: The pub closed at 10pm on a Friday, not good for the late traveller, but they kindly let us sit a while longer. Room 10 (“best room”) had a lovely looking bathroom with great shower, (which needs some instruction) but no place at all to put more than a toothbrush, really not practical. Many decorative lights, but bedside lamp on the dark side of room was missing. Super comfy bed, high quality linens, and quite large space but a bit difficult for more than one person We had a better room on a previous stay

Staff were happy, helpful and well organised. No fumbling around with paperwork or mistaking which rooms you were in etc. Seemed very much like they wanted to be there and were more than happy to help with any queries. 10/10

The only thing we didn't like was that the bath tap wasn't secured to the wall properly which poured into the ginormous tub. Held it in place so water could flow properly. I think this must have been due to people pushing on it to hoist themselves up. Other than this it was a very enjoyable night's stay.

I loved ambiance, good food and ales and oddly the weird loud noises in the night... The bar and reception staff were lovely.

Breakfast not available. I asked the very professional and pleasant receptionist (Juan I believe) for the earliest continental breakfast and was told the earliest was at 7, Was then advised the cook who is in about 6, should be able to accommodate you at about 06:30 and made a note on the PC to the cook to ask if she could oblige. I was down and ready for the off at 06:15 when I met the cook and asked what I do with the room key? She took it off me said it will be fine on the reception desk and said "I'm so busy and got so much to do". I did not have an opportunity to ask for a cup of Coffey and a slice of toast as she practically run towards what I believed o be the kitchen. I said goodbye and left hungry...

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was clean with a lovely en suite and a very comfortable bed. I didn't eat in the Inn.

I know the age of the building but the crooked and uneven stairs were a real concern for me as an elderly lady on her own. My family actually told me to stay in my room until they could come and help me downstairs. The carpet on the stairs was also very worn and torn in one place.

Lovely gastro pub/hotel. Food is of great quality and the staff couldn't be more helpful. It is an old historic coach house that has be modernised to a good considerate standard.

A couple of very minor issues. Being right next to the A11 can result in some minor road noise and the room has some minor indications of age that could be addressed but as the hospitality is still recovering from the impact of Covid I can understand there might be higher priorities. Either way, neither of this will prevent me from being a repeat customer.

Has been decorated in a fun and funky way … especially the ‘cow theme’ bedrooms. We booked two rooms and the ‘cow’ one was very spacious and had a lovely big modern bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and hard working. Our food (dinner and breakfast) was delicious.

The second room we booked (not cow themed) was cramped and not decorated to the same standard as the more modern rooms. Although the staff all worked very hard there weren’t enough of them. They would have struggled to cope if the pub was full. It was very difficult to book one room for single occupancy and one to be set up as a twin, with the correct number of breakfasts on Booking.com, with the drop-down options provided. I think this is a fault of the system rather than the Bull Inn.

Location right by A road (room was quiet), people were very nice, clean, room newly done up with good bed, good breakfast

Breakfast was expensive. The floors and stairs, as others have said, are very uneven and one can’t see this because of thick carpet. It’s an old pub or coaching inn, so that’s just how it goes, but perhaps not a good place to stay for people a bit unsteady on their feet

A very elegant and historical hotel not far from Mildenhall. The lady behind reception was very friendly and helpful. There's a nice large garden with plenty of seating. I had booked a single room but I actually got a double. The room had a cosy boutique feel and the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries. Breakfast was included.

The restaurant closed at 6pm and then I later discovered that the bar had closed at 9pm. It was a Sunday. However, it's only a short walk to Five Guys and a petrol station supermarket.

The location Not much else to be honest Stayed in much nicer hotels with better rooms breakfast included comfort and clean Stayed in holiday inn Watford weekend 160 beautiful clean beautiful breakfast Obviously this is a historic building and we appreciate that but come on the overpriced rooms need looking at

The room was basic for £170 small hate a bed that is next to a wall hard to climb in and out I'm 60 and have bad knees Toilet dirty Food was expensive 2 buger and chips a pint and a rum and Coke £45 is very overpriced Morning was busy 1 member of staff to deal.with everything 10 people already down for breakfast at 8 We had to be out for 9.30 no chance for us to have breakfast as too busy would have been a rush Maybe a continental breakfast option included in the very expensive for what you get room should be an option Same room we had £70 in the week doesn't make sense the massive price hike at the weekend

The food was incredible, at first I was like this is fairly pricey for what I thought would be standard microwaved pub grub but it was worth every penny believe me. I had braised beef and it was amazing and had so much flavour, I am in no way a foodie but it was lovely. The room was cute, TV, tea and coffee and a decent bathroom. Beds were clean and comfortable but maybe slightly firmer than I'm used to but I slept well. Breakfast was lovely and good quality products. Atmosphere in the bar area where food was served is warm, home touches which I liked and staff were all so lovely which again doesn't always happen.

The room had a few bits that some would be what I would class snobby about, some of the grout in the bathroom was discoloured but to what I would class as a normal degree but personally for the money I paid I was incredibly happy I literally cannot fault this place
