Broken light in bathroom, loose faucet, water dial needs to be rotated multiple times over to get to hot water. Wife didn't know, took a cold shower by mistake. Self parking on site costs $29 and you walk 15 minutes to your car. Car alarms beep outside every 20 minutes, if you have a room facing the main entrance.

This is a great hotel for your holiday. Despite the fact that it is quite large and there are usually a lot of guests in it - there are no queues either at the elevators or at the restaurants. Very comfortable. Separately, I would like to thank the valet service. We traveled a lot in our car, sometimes returning to the hotel several times a day. And always, and the parking and return of the car was quick and accurate

The hotel does not have a laundry service. More precisely, you can wash your clothes yourself in special places and give them to dry.

Extremely clean and beautiful smelling room. Chambermaids very friendly. Nice staff in Everglades restaurant. Bar drinks fairly priced. No specialty drinks however. Always a great hotel to stay at probably my 10th time at least. Friendly check in. Staff does great job keeping it beautiful. Everyone working very hard. Nice bathroom exhaust fan. O for table beds and pillows. Lots of charging stations.

Not enough wait staff in bar lounge seating. So had to place order at bar than sit back in lounge. Than foreign waitress would not be happy that we didn’t order from her. Another night every free table needed to be bused. Also shower cycled cold and hot every other min and fridge did not work. Potatoes (mixed colored potatoes) at Everglades breakfast were poor and flavorless. Salmon on buffet but no bagels…? Ice bucket way too small and impractical. Red’s grocery store a bit pricey still. Wish had more breakfast sandwiches. Sorry….. you asked😀

This property is beautiful and located near the event I was there to attend. The standard room has comfortable accommodation for my family.

Things that could be improved: * I had requested a handicap accessible room, and I was offered a room with a roll in shower. I don’t have that type of chair but requested a bathroom that has bars. I wasn’t given one. Since my stay was only one night it wasn’t that crucial for me. * The door to the room slammed loudly every time it was released. *The height of the beds.

Check in was smooth and I felt very welcome. The room was clean. great for entertaining clients or holding an associate power meeting or after the main event social. Restaurants and food choices presented a good variety of price ranges.

It took way to long for hot water to arrive in the tub and shower. The first night I took a cool bath thinking the hot water was not functioning. The next day I just let the water run until the hot water arrived and then it was vey hot indeed. A great deal of wasted water.

they charge you for use the wifi

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights with my family, we went to the Orlando premiere. The hotel is located in an excellent strategic point, it also has a bridge that connects to the convention center, easy and quick to walk... The cleanliness, the pool, the food, everything is excellent. The hotel and the attention are amazing 👏 😍 10 out of 10.... I recommend it 100%

The bathrooms are a bit small and the lights are very low.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. There were lots of restaurants and a nice pool to stay by during the daytime. We were allowed to pull up and unload our bags and then take the car elsewhere to avoid the charges.

The room comes with an alarm clock which went off at 6am waking us up, which had clearly not been cleared by the last guest. Be aware you have to pay extra for the fitness centre. Also parking is expensive, $28 overnight.

The room was comfortable and quiet as always. Robust Wi-Fi and the amazing Samsung TV were icing on the cake. The little things like all the usb ports and multiple outlets were also a nice added touch.

It was prepaid but upon check in the girl at reception said it wasn't despite me showing her digital receipts. She continually told me to take it up with the third party and shooed me out of the line. I was exhausted so I ended up basically double paying. It's the first bad experience I've ever had here, but it was bad.

Proximity to the Orange County Convention Center was fabulous and the pool area was lovely. Also the Deli with the convenience store items was very nice to have on location. The Walgreens next door was super handy as well.

Parking was a hassle every time you went in or out the guards would stop you and tell you to pay for parking even though you were staying at the hotel. and were paying for parking through the hotel reservation. It would have been nice to have a car tag or something so you would not be harassed each time.
