The guy who checked us in was amazing, our room wasn’t quite ready as it was 15:30 and check in time is 16:00. We took a seat in the lobby and he came over 10 minutes later and our room was ready. We did eat twice at the bar food was amazing! Good vibe and staff were all lovely! We also ate breakfast here, the staff again were lovely. My partner had his eyebrows done in the spa, again staff were lovely. We did sit by the pool for a few hours, very nice roof top pool. Good view! The rooms were big, beds were so comfortable! Our view was lovely. Also the gym has good equipment and more than enough that you will need! Also good view of Nashville :) The hotel itself is amazing location. Valet parking was perfect. The cleaner was in our room when we came back, so we decided to have a walk around the hotel. When we came back our room smelled incredible and she even set all our things in the bathroom and separated them to her’s and his which was really sweet:)

What breakfast? Everything other than the power outage for an hour at 3am !!! That sit both me & my wife straight up when everything went quiet!! I called front desk to see if building was on fire! No his explanation was they was working in the restaurant 10 floors above me. I said u mean the Resturant doesn’t have its own electric service. He said no we have shut down the entire hotel! So I didn’t believe him & I believe it was a planned outage to deal with the electrical service entrance into the building. That’s the only reason to shut off the entire hotel. This was strike 3 though Strike one was the reason I booked this hotel was cause of the restaurant! It would be convenient for us not have to leave. However no one at booking.com or JW Marriott told me the restaurant was booked 3 months out! Pretty pertinent information wouldn’t u say!!! So they at the front desk didn’t care & made no effort as a guest staying there at 900 bucks a night to help me get in anywhere else. So a lone bellman named Christopher told us bout the restaurant next door & we got in there & it was magnificent. Not that the front desk gave a damn of course they was 12 & 18 yeas old or at least that was what they looked like to me & acted. Now the did comp the me the room after I called down at 3am & then he made no notes on my account so me & the front desk clerk had to call him off duty to get the discount he told me I’d receive. So when your give a damn is busted, it’s hard to fix & you can’t expect repeat visits!!

The staff is among the best of any properties I have ever visited. Each is looking for how to serve you best, but mostly they have already anticipated your needs.

Wow, I have be critical? Ok, I don't like having to juggle scanning my room card in the elevator every time. The reader is a little finicky too. But, I bet if I mentioned it to a staff member they'd follow me and scan it for me.

fabulous panoramic view with my Corner Room. Even the Bathroom & Shower had a ceiling-to-floor View. Shower at Night with no lights. Location. Whole Foods a 10 minute Walk & right next door to the country Music Hall of Fame & Nashville Predators Bridgestone arena. walking distance to Broadway & their famous & popular Bars & Live Entertainment. Walking Distance to the Pedestrian Bridge to Nissan Stadium Tennessee Titans. JW has a beautiful Lobby & friendly staff. Housekeeping like clockwork. i will visit Nashville again & stay at this Hotel.

Nothing Negative.

The location was excellent. We were able to walk to all the main attractions that we came to see. City views were superb. Our room with floor to ceiling windows was amazing. The linens were exceptional. The staff, from the valets to the receptionists to the concierge were very helpful and friendly. None of the staff missed a beat in making our stay enjoyable.

I don't understand why the city of Nashville emergency vehicles felt it necessary to run with the sirens at full volume all during the night. we were on the 25th floor and couldn't sleep for the fire trucks and ambulances. at 3:00 am i really don't think the noise is necessary.

It was a pleasant surprise to receive breakfast vouchers because it made it convenient for us. The selections for breakfast were good, glad they served Illy coffee. The staff were exceptionally nice and attentive.

Little storage space for clothing.

Loved the location and the beds were very comfortable.

Given the price of the room, you would think the mini bar would be either free or at the least much cheaper. Also there wasn't good water pressure in the shower.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms in a great location. It's amazing how much Nashville has developed in the last 20 years. This hotel is right in the middle of where you want to be. It has the amenities that you'd expect, but is a bit pricy with the entire family. Better value for a couple than the family of seven.

I love everything from hotel to staff they’re friendly.. though we didn’t have a chance to dine the bourbon steak restaurant due to I book late.. but next time we will try.. and I love the city it’s our first time there. Thank u for your hospitality. God Bless you all
