the hotel is huge and beautiful, the staff was lovely and very helpful. great buffet breakfast!

they need more transport from the rooms to lobby and beach and to renew the buildings a little bit, they seem a bit old

We falling love with Tereza she is the waiters she is amazing she always smile super friendly she take care of us for 7 consecutive days. Were like to leave here our big Thanks for her. TEREZA

Is a very louder building you can hear anything between apartments even when the people walking 6 am the roon cleaning starts 8 am they wake up and in the afternoon is you think ro take a nape is impossible time to refill your refrigerator.

The animators was very kind. The room was clean and had nice view to the ocean. The food was great. For family is a perfect place. Thank you! 😊

The staff was really courteous, the facility very nice, the food very good.

At the time of check in, there was only 2 people taking are of and one of them was attending a big group, leaving the other with a long line of guests waiting for a while. We had to wait almost 50 minutes to be attended. Also, in the restaurant buffet there was no air conditioning or very weak flow of air.

Food was ok

We had to walk a lot. There were not many golf carts

I love this resort and I’ll be back very soon! No complaints, exceeded my expectations.

The room with the Swimming Pool is great!!

Restaurants are so hot! No AC while you try to have a nice dinner/lunch, everyone is sweating No train/shuttle to move around like all the other hotels we visited If you planning to enjoy the beach this is not the hotel you want, beach is not nice at all

Rooms were spacious. Buffet has lots of options. Hotel grounds were really nice

The beach had lots of seaweed but I cant really blame the hotel for that. Only downside was we couldn't book dinner for thr first night as it was already full

Our stay was great. Fun, entertaining and relaxing. Had it all.

No valet. No airport transportation.
