Our room was very spacious, clean and tidy. They offer quite a lot of ammenities.

It was very noisy overall. You could hear every single guest talking, entering/exiting the elevator outside in the hallway, and vice versa. You have to pay for parking per hour or day. This is the first place that asked for this, and we have stayed in a LOT of hotels. You have to pay for your pet for every day of your stay. Some of the employees working in the restaurant could be quite impatient and rude at times. We ate dinner there once and never again afterwards.

I asked for a room to be quiet and away from a possible source of disturbance, and they fulfilled my request for a very comfortable and quiet room.

The breakfast was very limited and not like a five star hotel at all, we went outside for breakfast most of the days. I have been in a crown plaza in Saudi Arabia and Turkey and it was really five star hotel in compare to the one in Porto.

Spacious room, clean, good breakfast…

Outside of the hotel there is huge renovation of the street so there is noise from 07:30 am in the morning, plus the terrace of the hotel bar is closed due to that as well. We have booked a parking place prior to arriving pf the hotel but the last day the parking was full, so we had to leave the car key to the reception in order for them to find place….

Reasonably well run International style hotel. Good sized room, well presented. Breakfast good and able to sit outside sufficiently far away from the smokers. Located on several bus routes around 1k from the metro and 2k from the beach and park. Thanks for the birthday cake and Port.

No swimming pool or accessible outdoor relaxing area. Staff could not keep up to speed with the breakfast replenishment from 9.45am onwards or alternatively there was a shortage of certain items. Limited number of restaurants or bars nearby.

Excellent staff. Always ready to help and went out of their way to ensure customers were always satisfied

I think some adjustments need to be made for perfection Toothpaste & toothbrush should be provided Bathroom sleepers as walking bare feet on tiled bathroom floor isnt good

We loved every single thing in this hotel! Starting with the reception on arrival and the support given to visit locally was so much appreciated. The hotel has a beautiful environment and excellent decoration. The staff were so kind and professional; always in the spot when need them. We never need look for a staff member they always be around and offering support. And, let me tell you about the restaurant; we felt in love with the decor, tidy and clean and the food, so, so yummy!!! We give 5 stars to the restaurant cuisine! For last, I want to share the beautiful surprise the hotel/staff prepared to my husband’s birthday!!! Thank you and thank you! We can not wait to go back and appreciate again all the good things the hotel has to offer!!!

We especially liked the staff effectiveness and excellent customer service skills. The staff at Reception were very welcoming and keen to provide a good service. The staff at the bar were just amazing, especially Nuno!!. Great professionalism, enthusiasm on customer service and great technical skills - excellent Cocktails. Great attitude and focus on welcoming and surprising customers! Highly recommend!

The bed (mattress)was a bit curvy, and therefore not very comfortable.

Absolutely everything else. Not far from the beach or town center. Lots of restaurants around. Fabulous big room with sofa for reading. Sublime bed and sheets. Oh, the breakfast and dinner are stunning. We didn't try lunch.

Not much negative. Perhaps the jacuzzi should be available out of hours. TV should be smart so we can connect our mobiles or you could access internet from it like YouTube or Netflix As a welcome and not allowed alcohol, I would have expected soft drinks if we refuse the wine.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed. The breakfast was a great selection. The restaurant has very good food. Location is not very far from airport and downtown. More buses front of hotel.

The hotel next to a busy road, which is very noisy. The food is different when you order to the room, not much option like if you eat in the restaurant.

Big room, comfortable and extremly quiet. It is not in the center of Porto but also not too far. Ubers to the center cost only 5€.

Breakfast is extensive (20€). It's far mpre cheap to take an Uber and go to a brunch coffee in the center.
