The room is pretty small but has all basic necessities like kettle, fridge, a/c, tv, bath. Areas for improvement: - TV is not working well. If I remember it correctly it gets around 5 stations only.. and the tv we had at our room is defective - a bit old. No netflix. - Wifi can be slow at times. - Corner room hardly gets mobile data connection. - The window cannot be opened. - A/C is old but can still do the job. To commend: - The room we had (3D) for some reason I did not see any cockroaches which is impressive. - Hot and Cold Shower works well - A/C is old but can still do the job. - Bed and pillows are super comfy. - Legit comforter very thick and soft. - Vault works fine. - It's nice they have a lift to go to upper floors. - Staffs are courteous, helpful and kind and that includes security personnel. - Location: It is near Century Mall, Circuit, Rockwell, MRT Buendia/Guadalupe. - Located along Poblacion, Makati where restos, pub, clubs are esp at night. - Laundry shop across the building. - Thai Royale Spa located at Valdez St for some me time. Cut-off 2AM but they're open until 4AM.

1. The rooms at the front of the hotel (which are the nice rooms) are noisy because of street noise 2. Staff kept calling me and knocking at my door, waking me up, to ask if I want my room cleaned, even though I turned on the "Do Not Disturb" sign, and eve after 4 times I asked them not to (Had to really get angry with them before they finally stopped, but I could hear them continue to do that with other rooms). 3. The Wi-Fi security is of the "Captive Portal" kind, which is considered less secure than WPA

I stayed here for 2 months plus so I was happy with the location the staff and the hygiene of the property

the TV is a joke nothing to watch and a blurry resection extremely bad so I never bothered after day one the internet is ok working 90% of the time good But every 2 or 3 days you need a new code that’s bad u wake up no tv go to ur lap top no internet. this is not what you expect in a hotel now days key cars for door when u leave the room your power is cut off this means your lap top can’t charge when your out also the mini bar fridge cut off so you return to a pool of water on the floor I am only pointing out my opinion to help the hotel understand the needs for long stay guests would I stay here again 100% yes

- Close to restaurants, convenience stores, malls - MRT isn’t walkable (unless you’re willing to walk a lot, which is doable) but it’s accessible by Grab for less than 200 php & I think jeeps pass by it - Staff were very friendly and accommodating :) - Quiet place, away from noisy cars but close enough to everything you need access to - Rooms were clean and beds were comfy! AC worked well.

- Wifi didn’t work (there was some power outage when I arrived; I think it got resolved eventually but I was already set to leave😅) - You can hear construction noises in the morning - It’s my first time at a hotel at this quality that I didn’t get even disposable slippers

1. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Please give your staff awards! 2. Location is great as near to famous Burgos street. Malls, Pubs, 7-11 & restaurents(including Subways & Pizza) are stone thrown away. 3. Transportation - you can easily get taxi, bike ride (Joy ride) & Jeepney to go to nearby MRT station.

1. Wifi facility can be better - they give password which works only for 2-3 days max. you need to ask them again and again for new password. I stay for almost 45 days at property and get annoyed as I need to ask for ID and password alternate day. 2. Staff who manage the front desk clean your room too so it will take more time to revert your request. Some times they are short on supply for the toiletories i.e. towels, shampoo etc. 3. TVs in room is useless as it has only few channel(less than 12 & all are local) and you're not intrested to watch them.

The room was spacious and clean. i arrived late at night and the area was safe for solo or woman Traveller. the hotel was surrounded by bars and restaurants. At first i was a little bit sceptical because the road to the hotel was a bit dark from the main road.. but i was totally wrong, though the road light was a bit dim, it was safe because of the restaurant, bar and laundry shop was next to each other. i only need to walk less than a minute to the hotel. the receptionist was nice and very helpful. though there's bars close by, i still can sleep peacefully like a baby thanks to the glass sliding door. There are tons of 7E or or convenience stores or 24hours restaurants nearby, only walking distance from the hotel. also, if you dont prefer to order grab car, you can get jeepney or taxi easily from hotel.

the hotel doesn't provide breakfast, not a red flag. but i wish they would provide instant coffee or tea at least. no such thing. overall all 👍

The room is spacious for a solo traveler but not for a group of 2. Comfy beds, clean room, and a lot of power outlets to plug your gadgets, a mini fridge, and an electric kettle were also there. Not to mention the employees were really nice because they'll greet and help you out. The check-in process was quite fast during our stay. Great location - there's a vegan and Thai restaurant nearby. Actually, there's a lot of establishments and convenience stores nearby and a 5-minute walk to a mall.

Wifi... It auto-disconnects from your phone every time you'd go out. Don't expect if they have slippers, though you could ask for toiletries. My friends in a different room received defective bath towels. I would suggest bringing your own. You could have a hard time using their hot shower. It could be a bit noisy during night time because of the bars nearby and the people coming back to their rooms.

Great hotel, it's a shame they have a really big staff turnover .. the owner, management need to treat their staff better and be more appreciative towards staff .. If this high turnover of staff doesn't stop, I will find another hotel. I have no time for bad managers that treat other people unfairly.. Wake up Mr owner

Great value for money. Decent-sized room. Clean room and sheets. Clean toilet and bath with working hot shower. AC working well. Appreciate that it has a mini fridge. Location is good, just walking distance to food hubs. Check in and check out no fuss.

No wifi in the room. Can hear noise from outside. Door needs sound insulation as floor is not carpeted. Very limited TV channels. Hoping tv should at least be a smart tv that you can mirror your phone with. Weird to find a hotel in the city requiring a security deposit.
