The place is very unique. Not only do they have a saline grotto / pool to relax and meditate, there is a pool with hammocks or loungers in the water, there is a tower from which to overlook the surroundings, a turtle area, a swing, a little pool with fish to nibble on your feet (that tickles) and art standing about the property, The hotel rooms were little two story cottages and very nicely decorated and while maybe a little rustic, they still had air-conditioning and were very lovingly decorated. Staff and management were helpful and friendly. The food was excellent, the bar was well stocked. Furthermore, there is a spa, but I didn't get to utilize those services.

There was nothing that one would not like. Just in case one wanted to walk around downtown, one would need to drive, but its only a couple of minutes.

The room was a good size, great murals and artistic vibe across the whole hotel, feels like a lot of thought has been put into the guest experience. Good value spa treatments, and great size outdoor pool. The Saline Cave pool was amazing as well as the morning sound healing that is conducted free in the cave..highly recommend very relaxing. The turtle sanctuary on site is also a great unexpected inclusion. Staff were super friendly and accomodating, it was our honeymoon and they went out of their way to make us feel special and welcome, even gave us many shots of free tequila during our stay.

A very pretty and nicely designed hotel. The underground cave was really unique and we enjoyed using it, although it was a little bit dirty at times with dead bugs and used glasses. The pool area was great too. I like all the different murals around the property. The rooms were nice with huge comfy bed. Location was perfect for us it’s a little out of town but definitely walkable so you don’t necessarily need a car. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The Wi-Fi was quite bad which is surprising for a nice hotel. We thought the restaurant was quite disappointing - we ate there once for dinner and were a bit underwhelmed. Breakfast was not bad but not great which is a bit of a shame as it lets down the hotel a bit. And I think it’s a bit stingy that you can only have one small glass of orange juice in the included breakfast, after that if you want more you have to pay… considering lots of other hotels have a buffet breakfast included, I don’t think it’s a lot to ask to have a second glass of orange juice. When we were there unfortunately there was some building work happening around the property so there was a lot of banging during the day which wasn’t so relaxing.

Perfect place to stay, no need to leave the hotel because everything you want is there. Great food, appropriate prices Hot stone massage really improved my back and shoulder pain. So relaxing I almost fell asleep. The staff reached out with menu and arranged my appointment the day before. Underground hot water cave was beautiful, and the reason I chose this hotel. My room/hut was huge, gorgeous and shockingly, bug free. Amazing water pressure and always hot water. They upgraded my room when a slightly larger one was available!! I'm sure the original was great, but OMG this was excellent!!

Hospitality of the staff. They were welcoming, courteous and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and always smiling and helpful. The hotel offered unique and wonderful experiences: sound bathing/healing, bee tour, turtle tour, warm saltwater cave, and spa services. There were beautiful murals and art throughout the facility. Though no TV, they have books available. Truly a place to regroup, recharge and enjoy. (Toiletries made of honey were very nice. And, the handmade 'worry dolls' were a unique touch made by staff.)

the firendly and helpful staff (many thanks to the lady in the reception, Kimberley) cave pool decoration I also appreciate that they cancelled the message when they knew my wife was pregnant with less than 12 weeks. They didn’t want to take any risk for her and adviced to avoid massage the first 3 months. maybe another hotel would took the money wothout caring about the potentiel risks.

location is far from downtown but taxi cost only 40 pesos to get to and from hotel. breakfast concept can be improved

friendly staff. clean facility, other down in the salt cave, dirty cups left there for days.. so how much maintenance does the salt pool get? probably little?

over priced, location is in a low income area, went for a run and the area surrounding isn’t clean. I heard Lots of dogs and roosters, kids and parties every night, wasn’t too tranquile to sleep to. the environment within the complex didn’t encourage mingling with guests. we couldn’t see the upper portion of the facility as it was closed off to regular customers… you can only go up there if you pay extra… I just wanted a photo. the breakfast selection barely has any healthy options. the green waffles I got were hard as rocks and I told the cook, but it tasted the same the next day, had to send it back, paid extra to have a green juice instead of a dead animal, which is backwards to me, shouldn’t veggies and fruit be complimentary, it grows all over the area

What an incredibly beautiful place to stay! It was packed full of interesting trippy murals, gorgeous gardens and an underground cave that was virtually a giant hot tub. One of my favorite things was the turtles roaming around the property, they are adorable! The staff was very helpful and kind and our server Fabian was very accommodating. The cave and pool are open 24hrs and I highly recommend soaking in the hot waters of the saline cave and enjoying the romantic atmosphere. The restaurant was quaint and the breakfast was good and included in the stay. Also had dinner there one night and very much enjoyed the steak on a sizzling hot plate, my partner had the salmon. The room was perfectly sized, had a beautiful tub for 2 in a separate room and was very clean. When we returned from being out all day, the room was serviced, bed made, and at the foot of the bed was "Te Amo" in a heart made with rose petals, ferns, flowers and hearts....defintely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this place if you enjoy something different and out of this world!

Not a whole lot to say about dislikes, but the wifi definitely wasn't the best and was hard to stay connected in room 11. Also the location was a little far from the center and I wouldn't count on catching a taxi, however just ask reception and they will call one for you.

Beautiful room, great amenities (wonderful saline cave!) and free activities (we truly enjoyed the yoga lesson and the sound healing experience in the cave). The food was also good and the personnel very kind.

The hand soap smelled extremely bad. I initially thought the smell came from the water until I realized it was the soap. Not sure what was the reason, but it should be changed. After this experience, I did not dare to try the soap provided in the shower, so I cannot tell if it was any better.

The hotel was great! Everything was exceptional from the rooms, breakfast, arranging a cenote tour, the underground "cave" pool. It was peaceful and relaxing. The staff learned who we were, from waiters to bartenders. All meals from breakfast to dinner was delicous. It is located away from the city center, so you either need to be prepared to walk or take a cab. Definitely recomend you stay here.

It was a little far from other city items but we were able to walk no issues.
