Good clean rooms.

Staff need customer training courses. Staff ignore customers at bar and at tables. Staff say back in a minute. Don't return. Forget to take food or drink orders. All seam to think they are to bussy but the bar/restaurant was only about half full. Seen staff ignore other tables and customer. Really really bad service. And no excuse for it. Management obviously not taking on previous complaints as I a sure there have being plenty before this one. Do better!!

I liked the location, was very handy for what I needed staff were lovely. Food was brill and rooms and hotel so clean. So quiet at night time.

What I didn't like was the mannerism of the porter/ doorman. The way he spoke to people. There was no need for it at all. Lovely couple having a drink he was so rude to them. Then turned on us. Was no need for it at all. He wasn't happy in his job he is definitely not a people's person.

Great central location in Cathedral Quarter- St Anne's Square was literally right behind the hotel and boasted 6 great restaurants ranging from Italian food (Coppi), Asian Fusion (Dumpling Library) to artisan Steakhouse (Top Blade). St George's Market is also in walking distance and the Titanic Quater was literally 5 minutes away by taxi. Seriously, do the Titanic Experience if you get a chance- it's a long tour (it took us 4 hours to get around and we still didn't see the SS Nomadic tour) but an absolute highlight of the trip. Absolutely worth every red cent of the ticket price (51.50Sterling per person for the Premium VIP package at time of writing), though I must stress the need for comfortable shoes and to ensure you keep the full day free. Room (Standard Twin) was comfortable, clean and had a Samsung TV with a hearty variety of channels. Beds were comfortable- not too firm. We were located on the first floor at the front of the building. Some minor road traffic noise but nothing we lost sleep over. Breakfast was a good selection buffet. I especially enjoyed the hash browns and it was great to see apple juice as an option. Staff were friendly and kind, always happy to help.

Not a lot to dislike. Would have really loved some instructions in the bathroom of our room on how to operate the shower controls as the design was quite daunting to navigate with no clear instructions on how to adjust the controls or turn on the water. A small mini-fridge would've been a good addition to the room as we had limited tea-making supplies and there was nowhere to store the small carton of milk we bought, which ended up curdling after a day. Otherwise, can't really fault the hotel!

The room was very cozy and had everything we needed. The location was PERFECT; close to the city centre, the cathedral, actullay to every important meeting point in the city centre. It also felt very safe in that area. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but there were very nice places very close to the hotel to have breakfast (and lunch or dinner)! After we checked out, we left our suitcases in a "suitcase room" and after we came back from lunch, I spontaneously asked for a room to pray before I started my travel and was provided a room. I really appreciate this service! Would definitely come back again!!!

it was quite central, we could walk everywhere which was ideal. the staff were friendly and quite helpful! the bar downstairs was great and the sharing platter they do was just what we needed on our second night there, was the best!! it was good that we could get drinks/glasses/ice to take to our room as we were there for 5 nights so it meant we had better glasses for any juice/drinks we brought in to do us throughout the 5 days. we enjoyed breakfast each morning, the Irish sausages were the best part for me! will be looking to book here again when going back to Belfast.

there wasn’t any air con in our room, the room was quite warm and we had to request for a fan and keep it on all night, on the last 2 nights the room was cooling but feel that might have been due to the temp outside had dropped a bit.

Lovely spacious room and fantastic wet room and shower. Having an iron already in the room was a nice touch. The breakfast was tasty, well cooked and good value. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

While we were able to store luggage and use the bathroom before we could check in, which was helpful, having flown over from England, it would have been useful to have a room with a mirror to plug in and use straighteners as you would be offered in countries abroad. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and stayed on unless you took out the main key card. We paid for a late check out but cleaning staff kept shouting at each other down the hall outside of our room. There was a fire alarm test, which we appreciate was necessary but it would have been nice to have been warned about it.

The staff were excellent, truly helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless, comfortable and had a great shower. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the later serving time on a Sunday. We had such an amazing stay and managed to walk everywhere we wanted to from the hotel; the docks, the peace wall, Belsonic to see a concert, and when we came back the nightlife nearby was great.

At the weekend you can hear the good old Irish craic from the bars around the hotel, but it didn't bother us, we'd had such a fun night ourselves that we slept right through - bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Perfect location close to the City Centre. Spotlessly clean room with a super comfortable bed and I really liked the separate seating area in the room. Very nice bathroom with lovely soft towels. All the staff were lovely. I had a problem with the window in my room and it was sorted out straight away.

Didn't like there being a connecting door to the next door room, and the soundproofing between rooms was poor. Hate that there was only an open area to hang clothes and open shelves instead of drawers. Not impressed by the cheap looking vinyl flooring. For the price of the room I expected better.

The location couldn't have been better. We were walking distance from everything we needed. We were there three days and we only got taxis to and from the train station due to bags. Staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Room was clean tidy and contained everything you would expect. The house soap and lotion in the rooms smelled amazing and was good quality. I wanted to take it home.

I would say the hotel menu, is fairly basic and quite expensive. £15/16 for a burger seemed a bit much. Especially when there's a burger place next door doing burgers for 8 or 9 quid. We did eat in the restuarant one night just for convenience sake and this may be intentional but despite there being 4/5 staff behind the bar and around the restaurant we were not waited on and had to get up and order food and drink at the bar.
