The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities - the Mentos sweets were a nice touch as were the mints and apples, readily available at reception. The staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful in making suggestions about things to do. Bikes are available to rent, but as there's a limited supply, it's best to book a bike as early in the day as possible - if you bring your own bike, there's a secure bike park at the side of the hotel. If you're up for a day of pampering, ask about Thermae 2000 and as Belgium is very close, you can cross the border for a spot of lunch and cross back for tea.

Nothing to find fault with

Nice presentation and building. Nice rooms, very modern and with lights in the right spot to read without disturbing the partner. Staff was very kind and professional and ready to help! I liked the pool table

Heating system in the room was unfamiliar and a bit difficult to understand. Once activated it was quite noisy and heating just to a preset temperature, whatever this was, which was lower than what I would have liked. Still, the room itself wasn't cold, but can't say it was very warm either.

The staff it's absolutely fantastic, always finding a way to help in everything that you need. The rooms are comfortable and with and amazing view. The breakfast tasty and with a lot of options. The location it's great cause it's peacefully but at the same time you have the bus in the corner that leaves you to the city centre.

Comfortable bed, free parking right in front (we found easily a spot even though there was a soccer game that evening), breakfast was quite good and the staff was friendly! Location is quite nice as it’s a short drive to the train station/city center.

Soundproofing could be better, we could hear the people talking in the corridor, luckily this was not too disturbing the night we stayed there.

The check-in procedure was swift and the bar staff was very pleasant. The 10 minute walking distance to the Geusseltebad - with fantastic pool facilities and with an online reservation system for your swim training - is just fantastic.

It would be nice if the breakfast buffet could include more fresh fruit.

I really enjoy the location and stay at Hotel Select. I recommend it to those who want to have an active vacation.

Very nice and modern hotel, it's not in the center, but it's easy to get here from the train station - just 15 minutes walk, and with a car or a bike the distance is not a problem at all :-) The room was big and clean with a nice view. In the bathroom, there was even a bathtub.

It was a bit noisy in the evening, we heard music basses, probably there was a concert nearby. Also, we heard all sounds from people walking in the passage.

The location was very nice, good place for quiet walks. The room was clean and comfortable but attention to small details was required! The breakfast was delicious and it was an all you can eat ;-) The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. I loved that they provide free parking opposite the hotel, very convenient when you are staying a few days :-)

The small details in the room like the broken electric kettle, the small fridge door falling off the hinges or shower stall not stable so the floor gets flooded! Just small details!

Excellent accommodations and personal super kindly. Waterboiler with coffee and tea at the room. Comfortable beds. Good shower.

A bit fsr to the center, but it's totally a walking distance (1.5 kms at most) and the neighborhood is calm and secure so you can walk at any time. (They removed the highway and create a nice road for bikes and runners. So it's nice to walk there)

Great outdoor view, perfect for business stay, near parks and greens. There is a bus stop close by directly to central, or you can choose to walk 30 min on a pedestrian only path. Kind staffs for check-ins. Not much surrounding, you can find a a McDonald and Basic-fit in vicinity.

More suitable for Business stay. Bus comes only 30 min a shift, so really need to plan out.
