- After that I traveled around the whole of Iceland - I must say: having a bathroom for such money was a privilege! - I liked the view - I could see the ocean. - If you are good on your feet or you like to use scooters - the center is not far.

- The first confrontation of how many tourists are flooding Iceland - the breakfast was always horrifyingly crowded - I don't know, who designs the lavatories, but I like to wash my face above them - I don't have a horsebig head, but certainly couldn't fit it above the napkin-big lavabo. - It is on the main street, so you hear the passing cars.

This place was great. Friendly staff that told us how long it’d take to walk places, had great suggestions on what to do, and were very helpful with any questions we had. The room was great, it was bigger than expected, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Walking around, this hotel is one street or so in from walking along the shore. The views we saw and pictures we took were so pretty! And it’s not a far walk to the downtown stuff. The whole place is very walkable. I’d stay here again if I’m ever in Reykjavik agin.

Just one thing, and it’s not big. There isn’t a hair dryer in the room. I was traveling light and didn’t pack one. They might have one available, though, I just didn’t ask.

room was spotless and perfect for one night. We had the inside room for the value and it was excellent. Our own bathroom and a bed. Bed was comfortable. Room temperature was a little warm for us for sleeping but not a problem. Service was beyond exceptional. Thank you Lenny. He helped us secure transportation and was very efficient and kind. A truly valuable employee. We were late getting in from a tour and it was not a problem.. You held our room for us. I booked this on line before leaving Canada and it was perfect. The process went smoothly and was easy. Thanks very much.

The service in the dining room was excellent. I did find adequate food to eat but felt there could have been more than 1 meat choice.

The localisation is great and a little bit terrible at the same time. Why? Its really close to city centrum but also is next to one od the main road so you can hear cars all the time But, its the best hotel in centrum if you are looking for something not expensive The buses, all the tourist agencies are always picking you up from this adres. Many thanks for Polish receptionist for helping me with getting on the bus to airport! You’re the best :)

This was the smallest room in a hotel ever. Literally there is no place for anything - you have to keep Your staf on the luggage. The shower room is tiny as well. Breakfast are the same every day and there is no much to choose from

The price was pretty good for the facilities offered. I liked the bed and the room was clean. What is also good is that Sky Lagoon and GrayLine transportation pick you up and leave you in front of the hotel.

The room could have been a little bit bigger and also the location wasn’t very central, but still managable to get by foot to the downtown. The breakfast was the same for three mornings in a row and it wasn’t also very variate…

Considering that we were "young senior siblings" (brother/sister/sister)this room with three separate beds was everything we needed at a good price and very comfy with enough room. Helpful Staff, airy lounge with bar, postcards

It was a little bit to far out for random opportunities to walk to the main shopping eating street. And I did not feel oriented to my surrounding with the map provided from the desk. But hardly a game changer this was still a good experience. I did not know about the beach

Simple. Did the job. Nothing fancy. We originally had one of the windowless rooms, which was really tiny and not a great spot. However, the door didn’t lock properly so they upgraded us to a “superior room” which was nicer, but nothing crazy. Just felt like a normal budget hotel room, I don’t think you could warrant the attachment of superior

The rooms were sparse and the window less room was quite bleak, but it did the job for one night!

The receptionist an Asian Lady who made our stay most comfortable and very supportive. The location where the pick and drop was almost first/2nd for every tour we booked. Nearby Sea shore is amazing, Nearby supermarket and asian kitchen (much useful for Asians/indians partially) Most interesting is their Morning breakfast which starts from 4am itself and it is good enough.

One of the night receptionist(seems the icelandic person - with long hair). Not at all co-operative or good host. He denied us a Room which has child/larger bed, even there is availability as he is very Stringent as I did payment for Standard Room. Where as the other receptionist(Asian woman) helped me immediately the next day. Hotel should consider friendly behaviour and hospitality is not in the localities (sorry to say this, but we experienced even in other places).

Very good hotel close to the center of Reykjavik. About 20 minutes walk to the old town and port. The price includes a simple but nutritious breakfast. Due to the location, ideal for exploring Iceland. Upstairs deluxe rooms are larger and generally available on booking. Standard rooms are limited, just a bed and a private bathroom

Since I was traveling for work, it was possible to book the hotel well before the trip, pay shortly before the trip. As usual, the money to cover the business trip expenses is paid shortly before the trip, so this kind of service on the part of the hotel is very good.

It is not related to the hotel service. It was a little too far from the place where I needed to be.
