Plenty of space in the room. All of the tours we went on picked up at this hotel so we didn't need to walk to a bus stop. The artwork in the rooms and throughout the hotel is very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Front desk will order a taxi or other transportation if you need it.
The few times that we did eat breakfast at the hotel it was rather crowded when they opened. That is because there are large tour groups staying at the hotel and everyone needed to be ready to go at the same time. There was also a conference going on there during our stay. Maybe if the restaurant opened at 6am instead of 7am it would be less of an issue.

Good Location and comfortable rooms. Friendly & helpful staff- One particular staff in restaurant made an exceptional service. During my last day, ( March 19) I was in a rush as the airport transfer will be picking me up at 7am. I hurriedly went to the restaurant just to get some bread to take and just eat outside while waiting. The lady in front of the restaurant noticed that I didn’t manage to sit down and have breakfast. When I was going out, she called me and offered to make me coffee to take out. This is a simple gesture but for me, it made a difference. Thank you.

The location was good for our holiday 20mins walking from the centre. All booked trips pick-up/drop-off at your hotel. The hotel was very clean, didn't eat at the hotel due to timing. The toiletries in the room smelt lovely.
The room was a queen superior very spacious over looking the car park. The bathroom had a toilet, sink and shower, however the shower has a curtain doesn't suit the up to date room, would benefit from a glass shower door especially in covid times would be more hygienic. Also the conditioner in the room was never filled up.

Hotel is located adjacent to Reykjavik airport, walkable distance from BSI terminal and little away from downtown area. Though it’s near to the airport, there is no sound disturbance of the landings and take offs. Perlan Museum is close by. Check in was very easy with very courteous staff. We reached the hotel by 6 am and I had requested for an early check-in, which the hotel had agreed for a nominal fee. Room was overlooking the airport and we could see flight landings and take offs, however, was not affected by it. Room was spacious, neat and was equipped with TV, mini refrigerator, telephone, tea/coffee maker, iron box and free Wi-Fi. Bathroom had essential toiletries and a hair dryer. Breakfast was inclusive and the spread was really good with eggs, bacon and sausage, breads, Icelandic Skyr and yogurt, pastries, juices etc. There was heavy rush for breakfast, however, the restaurant staff was filling up whatever was getting emptied. Hotel lobby was interesting with some sculptures and though it’s an old property, it is well maintained. The reception staff provided all support in contacting my tour operator as I didn’t have a local number. They were patient enough to keep trying until they could contact the tour operator. Overall, it was a good stay and a nice property. Ideal for those who want a quiet stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Nearest bus stop is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There was heavy rush for breakfast, however, the restaurant staff was filling up whatever was getting emptied. It would be more convenient for those who have a car as it’s not close to downtown.

Breakfast was amazing, great choice and very tasty! We also loved the do it yourself waffle station! The room was very big and comfortable with a very big bed. The location is also great, close to BSI, Reykiavik airport and car rentals. Definitely recommended!
The hotel is at the airport making it a bit loud especially with morning flights starting up engines right next to the window. Remember to close your windows at night to get some good sleep! Also there are sockets only in 2 places in the room making it hard to charge all the devices, as other hotels usually provide at least 4 sockets.

Location is great. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Natura. We hope it doesn't change with the new ownership.
Lighting in rooms could be improved. Access to the pool should not cost so much!

My room was a good size, the bed and linen was EXTREMELY comfortable. I had an amazing sleep every night. I had the dinner and breakfast (both buffet) at the property which a little out of my budget but I feel was so worth it. I gave compliments to the chefs after dinner as every single thing was delicious, I just wish I was able to eat more! Haha! All the staff were very friendly from check in to check out.
The property is a little out of the town centre but if you don’t mind a 20-30min walk then it’s fine. I only found this a problem when I had a huge day and was too tired to walk back or when it was raining.

We had a nice and clean room. Good shower. It is possible to open a window to get some fresh air in, something we always really appreciate. Lots of free parking places in front of the hotel. The hotel is situated next to Reykjavik airport. This is used for flights within Iceland only, so there is some activity but not really a lot. It is in walking distance from the city center. Hallgrimskirkja is a 15 to 20 min walk. And the old center of Reykjavik is really not that huge, so in fact all is within walking distance.
The breakfast is okay, but quite expensive for what you get. We would opt for more fruit, non-sugared oats/muesli/cerials and better bread. At the time we were staying the spa was closed for renovation.

The location of the hotel (right beside Reykjavik domestic airport) was incredibly convenient as Reykjavik itself was a 15 min walk away, and there were plenty of free car parking spaces in front of the hotel. The room was a decent size, very clean and had incredibly comfortable beds. The L’Occitane toiletries in the bathroom was a nice touch as well.
The breakfast was quite pricy at approx. €27 per person, but I guess this is pretty standard for Iceland. There’s a nearby supermarket if you want to avoid getting breakfast in the hotel. The staff on check-in and at breakfast were a bit cold and didn’t come across as the friendliest.

Very comfortable twin room, quiet and had everything we needed including a nice selection of toiletries. We didn't have breakfast included but decided when we arrived that we would have it for two mornings. It was a great idea with tours on both days as there was a wide variety of hot and cold buffet food and although not cheap was reasonable value for money.
Location was slightly outside of the city but we could still walk, and tours picked up there. We weren't aware it was right beside the domestic airport though. It was a pity there wasn't more restaurants and bars in the area for some variety.
