We booked through booking, and it was great as u can take advantage of enjoying two hotels at the same time, remal resort and remal Beach.. The restaurant in remal beach is just amazing ..food variety is very good ..food quality is amazing .the pool is big and very clean ..our room needed a little bit renovation but its okay . We had an amazing vacation Big thanks to ahmed karam Abdelrahman ..ramy in beach restaurant and saaed in resort restaurant ..most of the staff are more than amazing

We have been upgraded to Sunrise Remal Beach Resort (a beachfront hotel) for free. The hotel itself is very clean, staff are very nice and the room was spacious . Food selection was fine and the steakhouse a la carte restaurant was amazing.

The only thing that wasn’t super is the size of the pools was small compared to the pool available in the sunrise remal resort.

Sunrise remal is an amazing resort situated only 2’ (by bus) or 5’ by foot. The rooms are really spacious and deep cleaned every day thanks to Abanoub who did an amazing job cleaning ours. The buffet restaurant was very nice with a lot of healthy options (however if you are looking for fries etc you won’t find much or very often). There was also the option to reserve “a la Carte” restaurants (with the options of Mexican, Indian, Mediterranean and Egyptian) which were all really good. Big thanks to the “a la carte” restaurant manager Mohammed who has always being so kind and professional with us. There are different bars around the resort as well who serve very lovely drinks all day. Lastly we would like to thank Max from the international animation as well as Sara, Lucrezia and Micol from the Italian animation team who have always been so nice to us for the whole of our stay.

Unfortunately, beside Max and the Colombian guy, the rest of the international team did not even speak to us once (although we were international) which we found very rude (as it is their job) and did not do any activity throughout the day (they were just talking to people at the beach and nothing else) so we were wondering what was their job (?)

Everything was beyond perfection such as pool, beach, corals, animation, food.

Room needs more care (tv, catle, electric plugs, phone were not working)

I liked breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu is very varied, for every taste, the choice of dishes is very wide. Lots of greens, fruits, desserts, drinks. Everything is great and very very tasty

PUBLIC TRANSPORT STOP IS VERY FAR (about 30 minutes walking). The only way to get out of the hotel is by taxi. You have to look for a taxi and negotiate the price. Taxis are not always here. It would be very good if at least once every 2 hours there was some kind of transport from the hotel to a public transport stop and back at the expense of the tourists staying. You can then visit all the wonderful nearby towns and do some shopping.

Everything was super amazing , Mr Islam , Selim and Karam at the reception very helpful and friendly making sure everything is more than perfect . Kayati at the pool made the experience so fun and took pictures of us . Ebrahim at the lobby bar made the evening very lovely and he is so friendly . Food was very tasty but not so variant but good .Rooms were very clean and after we did late free checkout te reception gave us a Shower room so we can enjoy the pool and shower later .

- staff is very helpful , always there's smile on their face, special thanks to Mr.Basem at reception who helped us in our room requests -The location of the hotel is amazing, very near to the airport _ you have the access to Sunrise remal beach resort which is an add value to the hotel , you have access to the beach , pool , restaurants -there's about 7 A la cartè restaurants without extra charge , you can reserve different restaurant every night _animation team is really good and shows for kids is interesting -the resort isn't sea view but there's shuttle bus every 5 minutes and you can walk to the beach it's about 7 minutes walk

_ check in was little bit late _ beach is rocky specially for kids , they should wear beach shoes then they can enjoy it _food is really good and tasty but sometimes there's no variety specially at lunch

The reception is very welcoming and helpful , special thanks to Mr Ahmed Bika and Mr Bassem who made our stay that joyful and comfortable.They upgraded our room to a Mega family room with a nice view , gave us the bracelets for Sunrise remal beach which gave us the access to all the facilities there. They are a great addition to this place. Food is very good with many varieties and good quality. Main restaurant staff and chef are neat , friendly and make you feel welcomed. Snacks are varied, they offer pizzas , burgers , hot dogs , shawerma , fries , beverages and water bottles. The beach is one of the best in Sharm with spectacular coral reefs and fish around. The pool and life guards are great. Mr Reda Ramadan the bellman , met us with cold towels , welcome drinks and a wide smile. Rooms are clean , Mr Ahmed the house keeper did a great job. The animation team is friendly and active. Shuttle bus to the beach is always available.

The kids club is neat and clean yet it needs some renovations. The play station and baby foot are broken. Kids planet at Sunrise remal beach is much better. No elevators and for us, as a family having a baby stroller ,struggled with the stairs for the room and the main restaurant. Evening night shows they have a good program but lights are quite low and no stage for the dancers to perform on. Also the animation team should pay more attention that they should speak in Arabic and English during the shows especially the kids show. Yet all of these are nothing compared to the staff great hospitality.

. Excellent location, safe free parking site . Friendly welcome from the desk men with a drink, cold towels and after 5 minutes they gave us the bracelets and the username and password for a very fast WiFi that didn't cutoff anytime during our stay. . They got us a pool view room with an extra bed for my child without extra fees inspite that we registered adouble room with garden view.. Very thanks for Mr. Karam in the reception he also helped us to book for dinner in the Indian and Italian restaurant for 2 successive days during our stay . The employee there are very qualified and skilled. they offer to help you all the time with a cheerful smile. Each time we ask for something they reply immediately to get us what we want. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud form the snacks restaurant and Mr. Sherif from the lobby bar and Mr. Recardo from the reception . The hotel is very clean everywhere and the food is so tasty. . We enjoyed our stay so much and the hospitality was beyond our expectations
