Breakfast is good and has diverse food. I have asked to replace a broken chair on the balcony, and an additional pillow (they are very thin), they did it immediately.

Cleaning on the halls. I saw some hazelnut shells on the carpet on the hall; they have been left there for days! A/C on the halls doesn't work and is very hot. It's like these common spaces do not deserve a proper care. The balcony (I booked a room at the top floor, with balcony) it's like a concrete cage. If you stay on the chair in the balcony all you can see is only the sky, because the massive concrete edge of the balcony (it's at least 1.4m) is obstructing the view to the city.

The hotel is at a very good location. The parking is good as well. We saw that the hotel has been renewed (we were in the hotel last year). The room is big enough for 4 people and the beds were very comfortable. It is a very good value for money in case that you make an early reservation (at least 4 weeks in advance). On the corner of the hotel building there is a supermarket, which provides everything you might need during your stay. This especially useful to buy water and snacks for the kids. The metro station is across the street. It takes you directly to the zoo or the city center.

What I do not like about this hotel it is the attitude of the staff to the cleanness. As mentioned, the hotel has been renewed, but it is not maintained. A little effort from the personnel could bring the hotel to the next level, where it deserved to be. The room is not cleaned regularly. And even on the check-in day the room had garbage from the previous usage. The towels are not changed every day. Even the used ones, which we put on the floor, were not changed.

- Not the prettiest or most decorated of buildings, which stands out a bit in Vienna (not a problem if you look for a functional stay, but the hotel it self won't really be a part of the tourist\vacation experience) - While it's super easy to get to anywhere interesting, the neighborhood of the hotel and the places around it aren't especially interesting. - Might depend on the room, but mine wasn't the most well equipped (for example - no hot drinks station [coffee machine, kettle, tea bags, suger, etc.])

Great location, close to the station Meidling, thus comfortable to reach when traveling by train and still close to the city center by subway (4 stops). I had a really nice, large and comfortable room.

The room was too the street which is one of the ones with frequent traffic. Leaving the window open while being in the room was not possible. Although it was rather cold outside, in the room it was quite warm, thus since leaving the window open was not possible I had to use the air conditioner. Room service was done everyday which I think was a bit too much and it is not nice if there are still cleansing towels left behind!

The hotel is on the other side of the underground station, with which you can reach the main central areas of Vienna in just a few minutes: just cross the street and you are already at the station in three minutes. The connection is therefore excellent. The neighbourhood in which the hotel is located is within walking distance of the Mariahilferstrasse shopping street and the Margaretengürtel where you can stroll and see many historical buildings, especially around the Naschmarkt area. Everything can be reached quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is large and beautiful with a big and comfy bed, carpet, TV, blackout curtains, a desk, a well organised bathroom with a spacious and comfortable shower cubicle. Everything is very quiet and guarantees peaceful sleep. In the lobby there are drinks dispensers and there is the possibility to buy small items in case of emergency, such as chargers, plasters, earplugs etc. There is also a bar if you want to have a drink or a hot drink. Luggage storage is a secure, locked room. I am very happy with my stay at this hotel and will definitely book it for my next trip to Vienna.

I would only improve a few details in the cleaning of the room, the surfaces would need to be dusted a little more carefully as well as the carpet needed vacuuming. In any case, the cleanliness in general is satisfactory.

The room was spacious and bright with a comfortable bed and sofa chair. The location was pretty good, the metro is in front of the hotel. There is a Spar (grocery store) next to the hotel, which is also very convenient. We were able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The view from the room was also pretty nice.

The staff wasn't the most welcoming, except one girl, who we met the first time. At check-in we were given zero information, the receptionist just gave us the key and basically that was it.

A nice and quiet room with a comfortable bedroom, perfect for sleeping after a whole day walking for sightseeing in Vienna. The hotel location is 10-15 minutes walk from Schonbrunn Palace, and an hour to the centre.

Too small bath cabin, without any shelf inside for the bath tools - soap, sponge, s.o. You must store them on the floor until to take a shower. No any hotels soap to the sink - you must to buy it from the near shoop. Istead the soap, on front of the sink have a placed find unmoovable tuba with shower gel. The TV is mainly with гerman programs, on deutsche lang, probably had one on french, one on italian, and one news chanel on english. But the most worst was no any music chanels. No any music chanels, even radio chanels! If you want to listen some music, you must to use it your phones (or tablets/laptops). The good news is that the hotel wifi is stabile, but is unsecured.

FOOD: The breakfast was superb. LOCATION: The hotel is located right in front of the Langenfeldgasse metro train station. STAFF: The staff were very friendly and helpful.

1. There was no intercom telephone facility to contact the reception for any information or help. One had to come down to the reception for any little help or query or detail. 2. No cosmetics or water bottles were provided in the room. 3. No coffeemaker/kettle and tea sachets were also provided in the room.

I loved the room on the 2nd floor, it was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable but there were only 2 small pillows, I could have asked for another but those were ok. it’s a big building and the room and bathroom seemed to me very modern style and maybe recently renovated. The staff was very nice!

I didn’t like the windows may be to light for the car noise outside but with the tv on that may not be a pry for you. I was able to sleep fine bu the first night my husband was a little unhappy, eventually he got used to it and fell asleep. Also the biggest dissatisfaction was the hallway with the dirty or stained red carpet, it didn’t smell but it looked ugly as soon as you come out of the elevator and the first impression of the place is that you are down in some ghetto, if they changed that the place would be amazing I think. They definitely need to invest in that because it soybeans a completely 360 change.
