Excellent location close to all amenities Wonderful to be in walking distance to the harbour, museum and restaurants! Rooms were spotless and the cleaning staff were so accommodating when we were not ready to have our room cleaned they graciously said with a smile no problem we’ll come back later Always came back to a beautiful clean room!

The staff at the front desk were not always helpful Did not provide details regarding shuttle bus or were not helpful guiding us to local attractions Would have been lovely to receive details regarding all services hotel had to offer

Every thing was excellent, this was the single most gracious stay I’ve had in any property. Grounds, amenities and staff were top notch. We checked in early and were upgraded but the real impact was being allowed to extend our check out time, the day of checkout we got very disturbing news and had we not had the privacy of our room my wife and would of had to deal with it publicly, we were both very emotional and upset. I will only ever have good things to say our stay and we will be back as often as we can.

Can’t think of anything except maybe AC but fans are in the rooms. Our room was never uncomfortable due to temperature and cooled off very well at night with the windows open.

Excellent location, close to many touristic attractions and to restaurants (e.g., just across the street there are 2 good restaurants), close to the harbor and 10 min walk from the final stop of BCferries final stop (ferry+bus), namely Victoria bus depot, to-from Vancouver. Friendly staff, very good value for money. Good wifi, coffee machine, free cookies and fridge in the room.

No basic breakfast (self service), had to order at restaurant, limited breakfast menu. Did not try, so cannot say whether it was good or bad.

Friendly staff. Lots of nice rooms in basement for entertainment- game room, pool table, pool. Pool a great temperature. Location was great- quiet street.

One window in bedroom would not close completely, and it would be nice if the TV had more channels/netflix sign-on ability. Nothing for my kid to watch in evenings. DVDs in game room were a nice touch, but there was literally nothing for kids. Also would be cool if there was an attempt at providing a breakfast snack or something.

The location is perfect - very close to the centre of the city and right next to the parliament buildings. Very easy to walk to all the main attractions, shopping areas and restaurants. We were upgraded to a studio suite from a guest room for free. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a small, well equipped kitchen including full size stove and fridge/freezer. The games room had pool and shuffleboard. And there were lots of jigsaw puzzles, books and dvds if it was raining.

The pool is in the basement so was a little dark. No chess set in the games room.

Nice location. Clean. Convenient. Quiet. Comfortable. Nice amenities. Overall - very nice accommodations.

We really liked your hotel. Would rate it outstanding across the board if not for below. The only issue we had was the inability to regulate the thermostat to set AC lower than 22C. We like to set it a bit lower (21C or 20C) when we go to sleep at night. So it was uncomfortable falling asleep without the room being a bit cooler. Please consider providing thermostat flexibility to 20C. Would like to stay there again on our next trip.

The location was perfect for exploring Victoria - easily walkable to the downtown area and ferry terminals. The room was clean and comfortable. The studio suite was well equipped and perfect for a lengthy stay. The staff was all friendly and helpful. The hotel had an exceptional pool area - really clean and with locker rooms. The game room, billiard room and laundry room were also clean and easy to use.

No serious cons for this hotel. A swimsuit spinner dryer in the pool area or a retractable clothesline in the room would have been nice for wet swimsuits.

The staff are fantastic The location can’t be beat Considering how close you are to downtown it is quiet at night They are great with dogs! I love the fact that there is above ground parking as well as underground

Nothing. I have stayed here many times before. This is an older style former apartment building turned into a motel. It has some simple aspects as in the kitchens and baths are older style BUT the fact that most rooms have kitchens is amazing especially if you have a dog or kids. And they even have full size fridges. The rooms from the stuido size up are big enough for several people which is nice if you want a place to sit and visit. I come here and stay several nights at least a couple of times a year and I am never disappointed.

Loved the kitchen - very handy. Appreciated all the things available for our use -- even a few real books! The all-cotton towels were a real plus as well. This was a very calming experience and we will be back.

My husband is 6'8" and the low ceiling was claustrophobic for him in the hallway of the annex. His head touched the beams overhead and the room around the one bed was also very crowded. We would stay again but only with a little more room.
