great location, close to everything

check in/ check out is a literal disaster and when the say check in is 4pm they really do mean 4pm. parking prices are outrageous 60$ plus tax = 75$ a night. leak in our room wall though

The pool was very well maintained. The cleanliness was good! The hotel has yet to disappoint, parking should be included with the price you pay to stay.

Parking fees need to be included in price.

We had a view of the falls. We booked a suite that was spacious.

The windows in our room were really dirty and could not get a clear view of the falls, it was blurred. The room was clean but it just didn't feel fresh clean. When you book a suite you look for the wow factor when you open the door and I certainly did not get that feeling at all!

View was okay. There was another building in front of the window blocking the view.

I was surprises at the cost of parking at the facility. There was no mention of the cost on the web site.

I had booked a view of the Canadian side of the falls. The view from the room of the Canadian falls was lovely. The room was comfortable and clean. The only problem was the free WiFi was terrible. It kept disconnecting. They need to improve the reception for the free WiFi. We had difficulty calling out. They offer a paid wifi if you want a better connection. The hotel’s location is ideal to the falls. Waking distance to most of the attractions.

The free wifi reception needs improvement. We couldn’t make a call well or send a video via text.

we were upgraded to a Falls View room which was nice and unexpected. The room view was great. The location of the hotel was good and convenient to all the attractions and area activities. Unexpected charges associated with parking was a turn-off which cancelled out any savings we were hoping to achieve. The free wifi connection was of little use with the low bandwidth provided. Overall we are happy with the 2 night stay but expenses were more then expected. staff was great. facilities good too but very busy but it was summer and tourist season so unfortunately expected.

we did not like to slow internet via the free wifi. It was not worth using. we did not like the unexpected parking fees. also, it would be nice to have one parking fee not a daily parking fee.

There is not one thing, we didn't like about this hotel. We had the king suite, both views of the American and Canadian Falls, sunsets we lovely, my boyfriend enjoyed the workout room, and Starbucks. I enjoyed the the Spyce bar. And the outside lounging area, with the fire pits. Nice restaurants all within walking distance, shopping plaza, right across the street, or you can take the bridge, The casino is across the street, also, we visited during the week, no crowds anywhere. Will definitely be back next year.This is my go to hotel.

Not one thing, everything was clean, everyone was nice.

The hotel location and facilities are excellent.

The cost of $75.00 nightly for on site self-parking is ridiculous. For this reason alone we will choose a different hotel for our next stay in Niagara Falls.

Hotel is beautiful. Lobby is busy. The hotel is located near other hotels and casinos. Its walking distance to the falls. However, be prepared to walk up and down a huge hill. The hotel parking is ridiculously expensive at $60/per night (weeknights)--more on weekends. We opted to simply pay to avoid the hassle of looking for parking and hauling our luggage and family. We were on level #4 and the pool is locate don floor #15. No noise and we got a "quiet room" --which I requested at the time of booking the stay. The restaurants around the hotel are great. I recommend The Keg Steakhouse. Stay away from Margaritaville--as its overly priced and the food is garbage. The pool is nice. The water was clean and warm. There was an attendant there at all times and made sure kids behaved. Towels were also supplied.

The only disappointment was there was no breakfast. You had to purchase breakfast outside of the hotel. There is a restaurant on the 33rd floor that served breakfast for $29 per person, but you get tired of spending so much money after a few days. We went to Tim Horton's each morning. Gift shop prices were also extremely high.
