I loved the suite, the view and the area the hotel was located in. I also love that you could do your own thing without having to check in with the front desk for everything. Parking was free, and you're able to come and go as you please without any distractions or interruptions.

I didn't like that on arrival, the time share sales people tried to trick us. The front desk woman was very accommodating and explained everything we would need as far as parking and how to get around the property. While leaving the front desk a woman approached us and asked did we need a parking pass, which we didn't need. It was a ploy to have them talk to us about buying into the time share. We told her the front desk didn't explain that and she backed off. They did call very early the next morning - we didn't answer as we were celebrating our anniversary. They called two more times, once when I was asleep and my husband answered and told them we weren't interested. other than that, the property and staff was amazing.

very clean! the staff was super friendly and helpful. location very convenient to visit my son (Windermere) and Disney/universal properties. felt safe. comfortable, large space for relaxing. too cold to swim during our trip but the pool and recreation facilities looked wonderful.

parking was ok but the spaces were super slim. not sure how to remedy that. the staff literally drove us nuts trying to get us to attend a 90 minute presentation. 😒🙄

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and competent.

I didn't like that I had to go online to extend my stay. A family member became sick during my Stat and I had to extend. I had to go back online and couldn't find my exact room type. I found a similar room, booked it and then was upcharged an additional $60. It made the room very expensive and not a value for what we received.

Everything was clean and very comfortable! My spouse and I were very satisfied with spending our honeymoon at this hotel

More Complimentary items would have made the stay more phenomenal

absolutely perfect location and central to all Walt Disney World Parks, Universal Studios and Sea World. The apartment was enormous and we had fabulous views of various firework shows including Epcot every night from the wonder of our balcony.

There was nothing to dislike about the property. If we were to be really picky about improvements (not a deal breaker): A free shuttle bus to parks A maiden/clothes horse to dry clothing (not all clothing can be tumble dried) A kettle (there was a coffee maker that also provided hot water but despite the YouTube instructions we could never work out how to do it). The staff assisted us and provided a kettle upon request which we were very grateful for.

Our room was quiet. The resort is located slightly away from major traffic, but still a convenient drive to theme parks. The staff was helpful with advice on avoiding traffic when getting around to different area attractions. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything needed in the kitchenette and bathroom. There is even a washer and dryer in the unit. You can leave a lot things at home when traveling and staying here. The one bedroom unit was spacious with a very large, well-furnished balcony. The furnishings inside the unit were comfortable and in very good shape. We had a very comfortable stay!

We figured out the dishwasher would only function on the quick cycle.

The room had everything needed. kitchen even kitchen supplies (trash bags, dish soap, pans, utensils), washer & dryer in room. Lots of space, whole suite was amazing. Down stairs marketplace was handy! free coffee much needed.

The room was clean, beautifully presented and modern. The hotel was well equipped and catered to every single one of our needs without fail.

The pressure into the time-share when we had just arrived was a little too much, didn't really know what we were getting into (It was 3am equivalent for us at the time) however the presentation was quick and we were out in no time. Also the market place on site store is a little pricey but staff are lovely.
