Good location small but generally well equipped modern and clean room (had a standard base level room). Bonus points for kettle AND coffee machine. We also very much appreciated the black out blind to keep the room dark in the morning. Free bottled drinking water in mini fridge.

Very dark where the tea and coffee making facilities are. Had to use phone torch to see what I was doing. Also there were no coffee pods or milk pots so had to ask twice at reception to get.

Absolutely love this hotel, stayed here twice in the last 2 weeks, wouldn’t go anywhere else, it’s an amazing hotel, central location right next door to lime street station and only a 10 minute walk to the shops in central liverpool, the staff are lovely, helpful and friendly, rooms are lovely and clean, the bed is so comfortable, I will definitely be back here again, absolutely fantastic.

Nothing it’s absolutely perfect

This is the first time we have stayed at Radisson Red. We had a wonderful welcome by reception staff who were fun and friendly & were engaging with us. We had a few drinks in bar which again great staff. Parking at St John’s, which is both convenient and secure. Great location and a fabulous nights sleep.

Personally, would prefer artwork in room not to be of people, always think they’re watching!

I was blown away by the Radisson RED. It’s located right next door to Lime St Station which is so convenient for transport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I’ve been travelling for six weeks and this was by far the best stay I’ve had. I extended my stay and will even be back later in the month.

Nothing that I didn’t like. The only suggestion would be for a better system for the cleaners checking rooms. Initially our room was skipped a few days in a row and I had to speak with reception a few times about getting a refresh. They were happy to help though and we didn’t have any issues after that. The rooms are spotless it was just for a refresh of tea etc.

Modern decor. Room very clean and had a great shower. Beds were very comfortable. There were a couple of chairs in the room so didn't have to sit on the bed all the time. The aircon was very welcome as the weather was extremely hot. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Liverpool.

Toilet flush in the first room we were allocated was unbelievably noisy. Surprised they put us in that room as we were staying for four nights but they changed our room without hesitation. Had the buffet breakfast the first morning. It is fine if you have a big appetite. Shame they don't have a made to order breakfast. Cut down on food wastage.

Breakfast was very tasteful, lots of different choises. Also, the coffee machine in the room was provided with decaf-pods as well, really appreciate this... Staff was very helpful, asked about the airport bus and they came even out to the street to show the right direction...!!! Air-conditioner in the room was "helpful" as well, as it was really needed after spending long days outside in the unexpected +27* autumn heatwave...!

The staff in the breakfast table was excellent, but a bit too fast - went to take a coffe and my plate with pastries had already been taken away when I returned. As people go to take food several times, I recommend the staff to relax a bit and keep an eye on people, as they might return to their table and continue with tasteful breakfast...

Great location, you hop off the train and you're in the hotel. All of Liverpool within easy walking distance. Staff is very friendly and the hotel has really cool decorations - obviously all red themed. The rooms are clean and very quiet, nice rain shower in the bathroom. Coffee maker in the room as well. Restaurant onsite with quite good choices. Very comfy beds by the way.

The rooms are really small, they put a suitcase stool in there but there's absolutely nowhere to place it but in front of the door. We just put our suitcase on the desk, which worked. But for a city trip the room large enough, you're not in Liverpool to stay in your room anyways ;).

Loved the decor, the walk in shower, location. Loved the friendliness of all the staff. Lovely comfy beds. Room's are perfect for a long or short stay. Safe, tea coffee facilities, And rooms seem pretty sound proof and blackout blinds are great for a lie in.

Didn't like the key cards, they constantly stopped working. Also we didn't eat here in our 6 day stay as the menu was not great. Needs a bit of variety and some simple food. Pretentious food is not to everyone's liking. Also a bit of thought for the elder clients, as the staircase leading up to reception, can be difficult to maneuver while carrying a suitcase and no banister to hold onto. Maybe a ramp at side of staircase would be a great benefit. There is a wheelchair lift but im not sure this is accessible to everyone.

Everything at the hotel was fantastic. Our stay was excellent and my partner had a wonderful birthday. Great location, staff were friendly and super helpful. We arrived early to leave our bags at the hotel before heading out. They were really organised with everything. Checked in later in the day, it went so smoothly. Checkout was easy too and the balance for our stay was taken from my card automatically. The whole experience was super easy and chilled. We were celebrating a birthday and they had left some complimentary things in the room for us. Really great experience

If I had to think of one negative is that as amazing as the room was and otherwise spotless, it was dusty. For girls that need a somewhere to do their makeup, there’s a desk area but it has no mirror and bad light.

the disabled lift could do with being bigger as it is just made for normal wheelchairs, it needs to be and automatic close and open door and a one push up and down button as if your arms aren’t long enough or you happen not to have any and have to use other ways it would be impossible to work the lift if your on your own The reception stairs could do with a banister for people who have slight disabilities and like to try and not rely on the lift
